10 years in hard dance have given Strange Dave an understanding of the dancefloor that few other DJs can match. His grounding with 4 years as Sundissential’s resident and favourite local boy during their heyday brought him a dedicated following who made sure they never missed his weekly hour of frenetic, crazy bounce.

He can turn his hand to many different styles, mixing hardstyle-edged tracks into the hardest bounce and cheeky, uplifting vocals to create a unique brand. With a love for hard trance too he can progress sets or vary styles to match any event and any set time.

With his residency for B2T and his slots at all the big names – Storm, Tidy & Polysexual to name a few – Dave’s name is well respected. He’s hardworking, befriending the crowd with his on-stage antics and making them work up a sweat. His cheeky grin & relentless pace of his music bring peak-time energy to each set – this has gained him gigs in Ibiza and Norway.

Playing back to back sets with names like Karim, Andy Farley and Amber D shows he can hold his own. And appearances at multi-million £ Gatecrasher in Birmingham have proved his worth.

Thanks to many appearances at huge Frantic events his name has spread down south. Devoted fans travel on the B2T fun bus to his gigs, and keep clubs packed, jumping and colourful.

UK’s largest dance festival Global Gathering were so impressed that they invited him back to grace their decks again two years in a row, and in 2009 the first Atomik Weekender saw him wow the clubbers in Wales. Smaller nights across the country – including Sanxion & Derailed – also regularly play host to Dave’s many talents.

As Dave’s dedication rocketed, so did his BPM, bringing him to a love of hardcore. Almost instantly he was given him his first hardcore residency at Hi-Skool of Hardcore. As well as bagging regular slots at Universal Hardcore and other small events around the country.

Strange Dave has also shown he can turn his hand to production, with 3 releases on Short Circuit & Flash Point (‘One More Sound’, ‘Guarantee’ and ‘The Reckoning’) all selling well. ‘Guarantee’ was also featured on Hard House Anthems 5 and spent 6 amazing weeks as Lisa Lashes’ number 1 tune!

The start of 2010 brings big things for Dave’s tunes as we see the launch of B2T Recordings – and the release of another 9 of his tracks, including collaborations with K-Series, and fellow B2T residents Riggsy, Kye Shand & Paul F.
