About Ryan Broshear
Chosen as “Artist to Watch” by the reputable Billboard Magazine, Ryan
Broshear’s energetic stage show and appealing country voice immediately
connects with audiences, even across genres. His traditional leaning
country sound with an edgy, bluesy feel makes for an entertaining show
from his first song to his last…and, almost always ending in the crowd
demanding an encore.
Ryan Broshear, has toured from Texas to Chicago to NYC to Florida and
shared the stage with some of country music’s greats opening for Luke
Bryan, Justin Moore, Chris Young, Lee Brice, Brantley Gilbert, Easton
Corbin, Joe Nichols, Tracy Lawrence, Diamond Rio, Craig Morgan, David
Allen Coe, Gretchen Wilson, and legends Randy Travis and Merle
Haggard.
Despite remaining independent of a Nashville record label, Broshear’s
single “Spin Me” from his “Paint It Red” EP found a 17 week spot on
country radio's Billboard chart and the accompanying music video debuted
on GAC TV – all alongside country music’s superstars. He’s been
described by Roughtstock.com as “A star in the making, deserving his
place next to the legends like George Strait.”
Broshear is also a multi-talented artist with attractive lyrics and melody in
his songwriting. A finalist in the “Blast on The Bay” Songwriter Festival, he
has also secured two self- penned songs on Music Row's Country
Breakout Chart as well as a featured song placement in the film "Sunlight
Jr.," starring Naomi Watts, Matt Dillon, and Norman Reedus. You can also
hear Broshear’s signature voice with a twangy country song in the popular
family film “Diary of a Wimpy Kid: The Long Hall.”
His current single release, “Mama Shoulda Named You Moonshine,” marks
a new chapter for Broshear in not delivering one of his own songs this time,
but recording the tune from hit songwriters Josh Kear, David Frasier and
Ed Hill.
