GREATEST. EXPERIENCE. EVERRR!!!! Amazingly energetic, perfect sound, the highest vibes, and a strikingly positive mosh experience with the Gizz fam ❤️ 🦎 🤘🏻!!
I was so in the vibe that I didn't actually take any pics of the show!

It was a king gizzard concert! The Magma jam was amazing and went harder and harder as the crowd went bonkers. Fun time to be outside on the lawn, but dam it was so humid outside and people be stankin bad, like put on extra deodorant please Yall. Even Ambrose commented on the B.O. in the crowd and we can do better than that.

An unforgettable show. Amazed by their creativity, tempo, stamina, and skill. A staggering marathon set with extended interludes and improvisation throughout, piqued by crescendos of energy and finished with a powerhouse performance of the final few songs of PetroDragonic Apocalypse. I was in awe and loved every minute.

What a show! This was my first time seeing KGLW. I've been going to live shows my entire adult life (47 yo) and I've never seen anything quite like it. Do not hesitate to see them in person!

This was my fifth time seeing King Gizzard, and it may have been the best so far! The venue is beautiful, the crowd and staff were friendly, and of course, King Gizzard tore it up! Geese were also fantastic, it was great to finally see them live 😁

Great concert. Venue was a bit of a mess. Severly understaffed catering. If I stood in line for drinks I would’ve missed half the concert. I waited 30 minutes and got about a quarter of the way through the line.

Great show, good sound, but there’s a lot of view obstruction at the venue with the mix tent and VIP grandstands, handicapped grandstand, etc. Overall had a great time, would see King Giz again 100 %, would also see a show at Suffolk downs again.

The wizards of OZ still banging top notch alt psych rock. A contemporary trip drifting from their sixties heritage sound to the ‘garage metal’ stuff. Loads of fun for both audience and band. Crazy set list, acid lights and projections, superb sound (more kudos to their sound engineer!). Enjoy it live!

Best show that day, one step above everyone. First 40 min were epic, and then they just kept going. It is bizarre that such an old school proper rock band still works today, but somehow it does. Also best sound that day at Route du Rock, there were some issues with M83 and Squids (although the latter did amazingly since they replaced Viagra Boys last minute).

Awesome. Despite it pouring the entire time. KG&TLW put on an amazing show. The crowd was into it, yet chill. My 17YO step-son body surfed. Nicest people in the mosh pit. While we dressed for it, the free ponchos were such a nice offer!! Many were wearing them. Remlinger Farms announced they’ll be a new live music venue, and we’re thrilled with this news. Awesome venue, easy in/out. One warning, the mud stains your shoes and jeans. Can’t get it to wash out. Don’t wear bottom half favorites if going in the rain.

The music was phenomenal. Usually the crowd is decent but there were a lot of punks at this one. Rude and chatty, drunk and loud. Have loved all my experiences at RR until this one. Either the show was oversold OR there were a ton of peeps who got in without tickets. No place to sit if you got there late so everyone was packed in shoulder to shoulder if you did get a seat. Love KGLW but not in this environment.

The band is Incredible. The sound was great. Security was kind, let me bring in empty water bottles. Lines at the rest rooms were tolerable. Overall a pretty good experience.
The only Buzzkill was the 10 pm curfew, so King Gizzard only played 88 min's, normally they play about 105 min's. I don't know why they went with 2 opening acts when everyone knew about the curfew (residential neighborhood). The 2nd band, Black Midi, was pretty good, a lot like Gizz. The 1st band not so much, a woman lead singer, very tame. Not sure why they were pegged for an opening slot. Total waste of time up front. Then all the stage changeovers always take longer than anyone thinks. I've done sound & stage setup for small gigs years ago, & it was ALWAYS this way.
This was my only opportunity to see them, as I'm up in CT, & there were no other shows scheduled any farther north/east. Hopefully when they come back next tour they'll keep New England in mind. Especially for an "Extended Set!"

Absolutely bonkers show. The pit was going completely wild yet everyone was incredibly polite to each other. Stay on the edges if you just wanna chill, but if you want to mosh like you've never moshed before, this is the best place to do it.

100/10 show. i had waited so long to see these guys and they exceeded my wildest expectations. i have never seen a group of people have so much fun on stage while still sounding almost identical to the studio recordings (minus the crazy jams they added to most songs). i just love gizz so much. best band in the world.

I thought it was a Pretty good show — pretty middle ground if you ask me. If you’ve been to a ton of shows there was nothing ground breaking, as well as anything terrible either. It was a solid show so 3 stars. Hardly any production or thrills to be found, which would of added a star if so. I’ve seen some of the best shows with even less production so that’s not the issue— I guess I feel like they Need more production to be more enjoyable from my view as it stands. They don’t work as well stand alone.
They have a Huge discography and I tend to like a little more of their indie/jam style vs their more hardcore edge style, and they seemed to play a bit more to the harder style. If I wanted to go to a metal show I’d just go to a metal show, I don’t think they do great “metal” sound, sort of like Sublime doing the punk sound— it’s ok, but not what makes them imo.
If you’re a fan of ALL their music, or the more harder edge areas, than this show would be for you. Otherwise no regrets on seeing them, and I would pass on them unless they were at a festival with no conflicts.
I’ve seen about ~3,000 shows to date spanning every genre from classical to edm to metal to tejano to rap to country — so that is what I’m basing my opinion from all my vast experiences and they fit squarely in the middle with this setlist.

The wait to get into Kemba Live was horrible, the line wrapped around the parking lot and the line for merch was out of the venue. The music was amazing though and the speakers were at a good volume. Security was being a bitch though.
Columbus, OH@KEMBA Live!
There is nothing like having an amazing band be excited to play at the venue they are at steeped in history and ambiance and vocalize it twice during the show. I am so grateful to have seen King Gizzard play at such a beautiful venue.
I felt as enamored as a little kid at an amusement park overcome with joy and bouncing energy for the duration of their set.
This was a real treat. I also now have tickets for the Greek Theatre in October and I am excited to see what they share for that set.

Not “the best” show I’ve been to but hands down the most vibe-able show I’ve been to. There wasn’t a dull moment within the bands playing which is why I couldn’t stop moving. I don’t think I’ve ever danced more at a show in my life; makes me look forward to the 3 hour Berkeley marathon set. Who’s rolling for that show because I sure as hell know I am
