Showtime for Whizkid: the young DJ and Producer has been Switzerland's shooting star for the last two years. The 26-year-old with the beard has been a Resident-DJ of the country’s most prestigious nightclubs – always staying innovative, open and brave, Whizkid presents his skills as a master of all electronic genres not only in the best locations in Switzerland, but he has also played in international clubs such as Lavo (New York), Cuckoo (London), Chicago Social Club (Amsterdam) or Call Me Drella (Munich). He is also a regular guest DJ at the famous Street Parade in Zurich which has more than one million visitors every year. Whizkid also knows how to shine in the studio and is continuously working new productions – all kinds of electronic club music paired with powerful vocals and the right pinch of an anthem feeling. His release “Children Of The Sun“ reached number 27 in the Beatport charts, got featured on several radio stations and compilations all over the world and is currently being played on MTV Asia. With these qualifications, it is not really a surprise when you see that he has already shared the booth with the biggest names in the industry such as Sebastian Ingrosso, Avicii, Hardwell, Calvin Harris, Robin Schulz, Don Diablo or Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike. In a national voting competition to discover the best Swiss DJs, Whizkid made it into the top ten the last three years in a row as “Best EDM DJ“ as well as “Best Open Format DJ“.
