From the visionary musical family that includes Del The Funky Homosapien, Casual and Pep Love, Hieroglyphics Imperium presents A-PLUS. For nearly two decades, A PLUS has been honing his skills as producer, artist, and businessman as a founding member of the underground hip-hop consortium known as Hieroglyphics. With Souls of Mischief, he helped change the face of Hip Hop through the innovative production and smooth flow realized on 1993's "93 'Til Infinity" and 1995's "No Man's Land". In 2005, he released the first in a series of mix tapes, Pleemix Vol. 1, and his eagerly anticipated debut solo effort, My Last Good Deed, was released in 2007.

Since the late 1980s he has produced music for Hieroglyphics as a group and a musical collective without ever taking a break, responsible for some of Hieroglyphics’ biggest hits & most critically-acclaimed tracks including Soweto featuring Goapele, You Never Knew, and the title track of Full Circle which was featured in HBO’s “The Wire”. He has also proven his versatility as a producer with critically acclaimed production credits on the works of artists encompassing many genres of music, from Me'shell Ndegeocello to Chris Isaak.
