Obscura

First time seeing Obscura live, and was a great experience. I met the whole band and took some pictures with them. Amazing!

Pros: Show was great, Obscura is fantastic, Fleshgod killed it, the other bands I didn't know about are incredible too! Cons: The show wasn't at Club Underground (355 Monroe St NE, Minneapolis, MN 55413) The show was at Underground Music Cafe ( 408 N 3rd Ave, Minneapolis, MN 55401). If you don't feel like googling that, it's a 2.6 mile difference, or if you want to quantify it in Uber or Lyft terms, after purchasing three tickets for me and my homies, I paid more to go the the show than the actual show itself. TLDR: the show was epic. but BandsInTown sold me tickets to the show and gave me the wrong address.

Obscura played great! The set was mixed with their older death metal incarnation and new progressive death metal. Buuuut, they were ruined by a horrible sound guy who mixed the drums too high, with everything else lower. He seemed like he was battling when to up sound the guitar solos. They were plagued by whoever handled the smoke machine. It went off multiple times in during a whole song. Again, Obscura played great through the 30 minutes of air pollution.

This show was just so amazing in every way! My favorite metal show to date! Going in, I knew it was going to be like a quad-headlined show.. The local opening act, Vintersea was great too! Thulcandra was amazing(was their second U.S. show!) Wolfheart as well, and they just seemed very happy to be there, and they brought the house down. Obscura was amazing, projecting quantity musicianship from beginning to end as they do.. Fleshgod Apocalypse is the band I was least familiar with going in, but they will be a favorite now.. I LOVED THEM! They were so happy to finally support their 2019 album, and had such energy.. I loved their interaction with us.. This show was so great in every way! 🤘🏼🤯🤘🏼 The app won't let me post pictures to this right now.. but I had such an amazing time!

A masterclass in virtuosity. Incredible! It’s a shame there were so many shows happening on the same night in Prague.

All bands were absolutely superb. They had a few tech bumps in the way, well sorted out. What really needs to improve is the acoustics, loud is ok but if you're not able to listen a song from all the messy noice then something is not ok. It was unfortunate that the equalization on Steffen's voice was really poor compared with the rest of the band, or maybe it's all about the acoustics. Overall it was an amazing experience, kudos to the crew, even with all the adversities they were able to make it through.

Very good show. Montreal canceled, 3 hours in car to see Obscura for the first time at Ottawa. Stephen and Christian are two top guitarist and they are cool guys. They take the time to talk with fan.

Fractal Universe slays! Obscure in shape, as usual. The two other bands a bit redundant, but I am beyond happy overall!

Allegaeon absolutely crashed the stage, but Obscura were absolutely perfect in every aspect. I enjoyed also fallujah and first fragment but for sure they were of a lower tier than the other two

Amazing show, Allegaeon were a true highlight and Obscura are massive metal monsters. I didn’t like Falluja singer but it’s just my point of view. First Fragment were average, lower quality if compared to the other bands.

Sound could have been a bit better but honestly, compared to the other 3 bands, these guys were amazing in terms of balance, cleanliness, intensity. You can tell they’re professionals. P.S: the venue is not correct. It was Nazca Club, which is unfortunately horse shit.

One of the best concert I have seen. They are so good on stage that the concert seems to be short. Hey Obscura, I can pay triple price for a two hours show !!!

The concert was absolutely awesome! Great sound quality, the musicians were in great shape; I'm happy with my bass tab book for the Diluvium album!

For me it was a night of amazing bass players! New bassist for beyond creation was awesome but definitely miss Dominic. Have to see him play live one day!!!

Amazing show and great VIP package. Make sure to get it if going to the show. The guys are awesome!
