William Gruff

Continuous experimentation and movement is going on in the William Gruff camp. Two new tunes are set to be released with a video in March. The song is called "I Don't Remember Your Name" Binghamton, released in 2013 is available now on Soundcloud and the website. Recorded in Syracuse after a car breakdown and a walk across the city of Binghamton to rent a U-Haul at 6:30AM in the rain. They drank a ton of coffee that first day. William Gruff has been playing since 2007 but was known then as Mountain Man. A girl group took the name while we were off playing music in different capacities, Matt went on tour with Sweeney Todd, Charlie went to Grad school etc… then the band got back together to release the self titled album in 2011. An indulgence to say the least; every song is its own genre. Binghamton shows a new focus in the band's sound that continues to move forward.
