Brilliant performance

The venue was quite small, nevertheless the atmosphere was ELECTRIC!! The band as usual were fantastic and had the audience in their hands……..plenty of joining in. This band is extremely talented and put their hearts and souls into their performances.

The concert was all we hoped for and more! When Runrig retired and Brexit happened, a void was left in regard to touring Scottish musicians in Germany. Skipinnish has all the potential to fill this void and leave their own delightful mark on traditional Scottish music. Drawing from various Scottish musical traditions and combining it with the influences of modern Scottish music, they offer a wide range of musical treats. I guess we were lucky to have seen them close up in this relatively small venue as I suspect that in near future they only will play in larger venues.

Great evening, brilliant show, fantastic mood. The crowd was happy. They came across as very likeable. Would definitely visit again.

It was amazing and the venue was amazing and Skipinnish are my favourite band and I absolutely enjoyed seeing them live and I can not wait to see them at the OVO Hydro in Glasgow Next year and it is going to be amazing and Norrie is my favourite member of Skipinnish and I highly recommend Edinburgh castle for a venue for a concert x

Great band. Full of life and fun. Great musicians. Stamford corn exchange a lovely small venue.

As always Skipinnish were amazing. The venue let them down a bit with the sound on a couple of numbers but that didn't detract from the evening. Always a joy to listen to the blend of traditional and modern which Scottish folk musicians do so well.
