Bad Touch

Bad Touch were AMAZING and the venue was INCREDIBLE! Sound, Light, Friendly Staff - all top notch! Also, the downstairs Chill Out Zone with acoustic performers in between main stage bands was a great idea! When's the next one??!! LOL!

Dust Coda were ace, they just rocked out & performed an energetic joy. Bad Touch were fab as ever, their unique sound pulsed through in heavy riffs. Fans & newbies alike were not disappointed. I love these guys & my 4 hour round trip to see them was certainly worth it. I am constantly watching out for my next trip to see them. The venue was new to me, being disabled I found all the steps hard work - there was a stepless alternative but it meant more walking & my mobility is not good, I had to opt for tackling the steps to reach a much needed seat. The access staff were ready & waiting for me with said seat & were willing to set it down wherever I wanted - bit difficult as it was first time I had been there. Parking was the down side for me - it cost me £11 to park with my blue badge, in the nearest car park - Q Park. It took me a good amount of detective work to contact the car park & make a booking - not easy or as straightforward as it could have been!! It was reasonabley close to the venue giving 3 minutes walking distance ( 10 minutes for me & that was to the front of the venue with the steps, probably 3 times more to go to the 'step free' entrance....). With petrol it suddenly became an expensive gig, good job I love Bad Touch.........!! Cheers boys, thanks for a fab night, hope to see you again soon. **

What a great gig. 3 good bands, a great venue, all for less than £15, what's not to like? If you only see one gig this year, make it this one

First view of Bad Touch was as second billing in Holmfirth they really impressed us to go watch them again,loved them.

For me, Bad Touch were the stand-out act at a great little festival in this cool venue last night, and there was some seriously stiff competition! Bad Touch always look like they are having a good time on stage, and who doesn't want a piece of that? An Alanis Morrissette cover (One Hand In My Pocket) was an unexpected delight, even when singer Stevie looked like he wasn't expecting it either. George (The Beast from the East) behind the drums kept him right and normal service was quickly resumed. A high point was a short improv piece where we got to hear the gorgeous rounded tone lead guitarist Rob coaxes from his Strat when left to his own devices for a while - dark chocolate for the soul! Crowd-pleasing tunes like 25 Miles, Strut and the set closing Ninety-nine per cent are becoming classics in their own right. I drove nearly as far as they did to be at this show and it was worth every mile. Purveyors of great melodic rock and roll - miss them at your peril!

Fabulous as always ,great to see them again, saw them in Butlins in January they just get better and better 😁😁

Had a great night at the Robin, it's a pity that there wasn't more people there. Bad Touch enjoy what they do, you can tell as soon as they walk on stage. The good thing about smaller venues is that you get to meet the bands, and these guys are such nice people. already looking forward to their next tour.

Great gig. The band were on fire. The set was full of songs from the new album sprinkled with favourites from the previous two. An excellent gig

All three bands on the bill were excellent, Daxx and Roxanne lit a fuse with real energy and enthusiasm, Aaron Buchanan and the Cult Classics attacked their set with real intent, Bad Touch played a great set mixed with originals from Shake a Leg and Truth be Told as well as a few covers.. Value for money and real camaraderie between all three bands.. Rock lives on.. Pubs should open to kids 15+ for this type of show, otherwise the generation gap and absent millennials will get worse..
