About Brenda Ray
Brenda Ray, writer, singer, and song writer, is the author of several works, including, The Most Beautiful Thing winner of the Arksey Essay Contest and The Tongue winner of Seattle Pacific University’s Talent Show.
Her poems and short non-fiction have appeared in Acrobat, The Lingua Journal, and Four Chambers Press. Brenda’s work has also been heard by Sofar Sounds New York, The National Endowment of the Arts’ Poetry Out Loud, Boston’s Cantab Lounge, The Seattle Grand Slam, and many more places.
She currently resides in Seattle, Washington where she is performing and promoting her debut album, "The blue room."
