This performance was tremendising good with great surprises the way the music has developt. The band played fearlessly and enjoying every note.
My only concern, wich I wonder if other people, also in other concerts, is the intensity of the sound.
The music will increase the quality of it by playing is with less dB’s. Why is the box with hearing protection empty……?
Ben Howard and his music catches me every single time.

His new music was really cool, we all enjoyed the new sounds that he made and profusely preferred the live sound rather than the studio release of the two songs that had been. Slightly unfortunate he only played one of his old songs but understood why he wouldn't want to. Very good gig overall.

Ben Howard is one in a million! One of the very few musicians out there whose sound on stage mirrors that of what you buy in an album, it's like listening to him on your stereo at home but having him physically in front of you! Truly magical! His voice transports you to another world, one where it's just you and his music, all else falls away and you can focus on thorough enjoyment of his sound!
Talented beyond this world!

Spine tingling and mesmerising: the band built atmospheres on atmospheres. Ben channeling deep pain and anguish through his guitar, voice and words. Sometimes quite harrowing, hair-raising and yes there were tears. A priveledge to hear his new work. Lovely to see India there too. 💙💙

Ben was incredible! Odd venue, but you can't fault Ben and the band's preformance, they were stunning. And ben was much more chatty with the crowd than I've ever seen him. Amazing!

One of the best shows I've ever been to. I felt like I witnessed something truly special and memorable. It was my first time seeing Ben live and it was worth the wait. The passion and connection to the music really showed through in the performance. I can't wait for next time!! 💜

Big disappointment as an American as the entire concert focused on his new album. And not just that, it was very conceptual as well, not a party atmosphere. American fans only heard of him after he toured his first album, Every Kingdom, and made the documentary, From Austin to Boston, so this was the first chance to see him ever. Unfortunately, he only focused on the new music, and did no songs from Every Kingdom songs at all. That's not what I was hoping for and I'm sure there were others disappointed as well.

The Ben Howard concert should have been billed as the "whatever his new album name is" Experience. At least that way people would be known what they were in for, which was an entire concert focused on his new album. But not just focused on it, it was very conceptual as well, not a party atmosphere. Maybe if the concert had been seated and not standing, general admission, one might enjoy it more. I saw him do this at a festival in Belgium over the summer. And while this may have gone over with European fans, American fans only heard of him after he toured his first album, Every Kingdom, and made the documentary, From Austin to Boston, and this was the first chance to see him ever. However, even if you want to focus on the new music, the least he could have done was Every Kingdom songs for the encore. That's what I was hoping would be different from the festival. But somehow he managed to find 15 more minutes from the new album. How long is this album anyway??? Big turnoff to American fans as you can see from reviews from all the US shows.

Beautiful performance. Drove all the way from Virginia to see him and was not disappointed. I was close enough to see his facial expressions, where you could definitely tell how into his music this man gets while playing. Everything was very calculated and wonderful. ❤️

I really love the music Ben Howard and his band produce. It is beautiful. He is in my top 3 favourite artists. I have been excited for this show since I bought the tickets when it was announced. Although I wasn't feeling particularly well, I decided to go anyway. Ben also wasn't feeling well though. Didn't necessarily seem like he was sick, just maybe had a lot weighing on his mind. He acknowledged that from the stage. His engery was low. He tried his hardest in the state he was in. I think we at times forget that musicians are still humans and just because they're on tour doesn't mean everything is peachy the whole time. There are good times and bad. I still enjoyed myself, but I'm wishing to see him again when he's better.

Wish h played more singe from Every Kingdom and I forget where we where. I totally get that the point is to promote the new music but I was disappointed. I would not see Ben in concert again unless he was going to play all of his top hits

I couldn’t have thought of a more perfect dream concert. I always said that I’d do whatever it takes if I could see Ben play at Red Rocks someday, and this concert was incredible. The whole band was so in tune with the vibe, and they weren’t there to create perfection; they wanted the audience to feel the music as they do— and it absolutely worked. The venue was so fitting to Ben’s new album, and I had the time of my life

Guy is a genius and is surrounded by super talented people. Using fame the right way exploring music, and doing that with other musicians. It was like 10+ instrumentalists in some of the songs. Never seen anything like it.

I love Ben Howard but the entire concert felt a bit drab. It was the first night of the North American tour and I feel like they need to hit their stride. A pure talent however.
Vancouver, Canada@Deer Lake Park
The music was incredible, as you'd expect, the two major let downs however were: A) No one did anything in the crowd, no rocking/swaying/singing/clapping, just motionless AND B) Ben spoke to his crowd three times - "How's it going Melbourne", "Thank you for coming to the reschedule", and "This is our last song, thanks for coming tonight".

I have been lucky enough to see Ben every time he has come to Portland. He never ceases to amaze me and I guarantee that I will be at every show he does within 150 miles of me for the rest of my life. More, if I can help it. Flawless.

Life changing night I've been waiting for years. Best performance I've ever seen done by anyone. Truly a magical night I wish I could relive again and again. Please come back soon Ben!

The Venue is just no match for an artist like Ben Howard - almost too big - no chemistry. Ben performed excellent. Almost too excellent - a few chats to the audience wouldn't hurt from time to time.

i would have loved to listen to more old songs. the new ones are really wonderful and deep.but nearly to deep and too sad for standing concert.sry. many concert visitors did allready go home during the concert.i hope he didn t loose too many fans.

other than that we had to wait a long long time inbetween support act and Ben, his new set is awesome, some minor things but expected when you're playing new songs. Love all the new songs would want to see him again but he's just getting a bit too expensive. not like in the beginning when I used to pay ?10 for his show!
