The Hollows' new album, "Between the Water and the Wonder Wheel," was produced by John Siket (Phish, Sonic Youth, Dave Matthews Band), released this past June, and has received airplay on over one hundred radio stations across the country. The music video for the album’s first single, “Mountains to the Sea,” was recently featured on Billboard, and the record has garnered additional attention from Daytrotter, No Depression, Popdust, Glide Magazine, and more. Previous discography includes their debut album Belong to the Land (2011), a self-titled EP (2012), and a live album, Neverending Show (2013). Their music has been featured in Time Out New York (Critic’s Pick), The Wild Honey Pie (Best of SXSW), The Deli Magazine (Artist of The Month), Oh My Rockness (Best of This Week’s Shows), Pancakes and Whiskey, My Old Kentucky Blog, Baeble Music, The Huffington Post, and three feature films. The band has become known for their rip-roaring live shows, and recently completed a two-month national tour. When you first see this scruffy ensemble of multi-instrumentalists take the stage, you will find them out of place. They will appear to be a ragtag set of traveling performers, accustomed to closing out barn dances and just as likely to steal your prize-winning cow as to wake up next to your sister in a hayloft. It will seem to you that they woke up, one confused morning, to find themselves instead on a Brooklyn street corner.
