About No Risk

No Risk. No filler. No additives. No s%!@&. Just pure unadulterated hits. Think Jersey rock n' roll; a blue collar energy that speaks to the working class. It has red, white, and blue veins. It has heart and sentiment unmatched by any other region. Enter No Risk, circa 2006. Born and raised on everything from the Bouncing Souls and Bruce Springsteen to Pennywise and Pink Floyd, No Risk has toured the US bringing their brand of high-energy rock n' roll to the masses. They are a band of brothers in every sense of the phrase. Even after four studio releases and countless shows across the country, this band is just getting heated up. The music is beginning to reach a maturity that is well respected by fans of exceptional musicianship, regardless of genre. Released August 2012, "Primary Colors", opened up opportunities like opening for The Misfits. Then the band returned to Soundmine Studios to master the next installment of musical mayhem, a 4-song EP title Epic Jams: Vol. I (released February 2014). This album shaped up to be the louder, snottier version of its predecessor with pop sensibility. What ever happened to the music that's played for the passion? It's out there, and No Risk is one of the few hard working bands out there doing just that; playing music for music's sake. Their latest release October 2014, "Wyld Stallyns", recorded at Little Eden in Asbury Park, NJ. This was most recently played in its entirety, when they had the opportunity to open up for Lagwagon and Swingin Utters. High-energy rock n' roll since 2006. https://twitter.com/norisknj #NoRiskNJ instagram.com/noriskmusic https://norisk.bandcamp.com
