Warpaint

The Northcote theatre is an amazing venue for the senses. Great sound in a beautiful building. Warpaint were absolutely everything that I hoped they would be! Mesmerising vocals and an overall great show. I just wished they played longer!

The first band was literally too loud to hear. There is more to music than bass drum and bass. The best that could be said for their drummer is that he was aggressive. Warpaint's sound tech had a more reasonable volume and a much better balance, and you could actually hear them. I came for Warpaint's drummer and she did not disappoint. She fit some wonderfully complex rhythms into the basic rock beat. She & bass worked well together

One of my favorite live acts! The was a really solid, balanced set. I saw them 8 years ago and the sound at this venue was stellar. I forgot how well their first EP translates live, the crowd was electric and was singing along to everything. I'll definitely catch them again if they're ever in town or in LA

So good - they are transcendent- just not long enough cos they were the support act to Bright Eyes, who are a pretty ordinary bunch of dudes in my humble opinion.

I am a big fan of Warpaint and was glad to see them live. Venue is small, crowded and has columns blocking the view. Music was much too loud inside and you lose a lot of what makes them so great. Lot's of rocking though.

Finally got to see one of my favorite bands I’ve loved so much since I was a teenager!! 🙌🏾 I was close up and they sounded beautiful ☺️ a dream come true.

Seeing the concert with my sister I had a blast Oh wait that was at the Ford theater when we saw them I'm sure they were awesome in Arizona we didn't make it I LOVE WARPAINT ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Warpaint is an incredible band. What an absolute pleasure to get to experience a band of their calibre playing in such a small eclectic venue. I had been waiting for the opportunity to see my favourite band live forever— it was beyond magical. Thank you, Warpaint for being so beautifully empowering and inspiring. ✨🖤✨

Super cool venue and Warpaint put on a super great performance!! So much talent in that group, and a unique sound all their own, which permeates into the crowd and brings out our kindred spirits! El Club has great acoustics and is a very intimate setting, and that combines to make such a memorable experience!Warpaint played an awesome set including the beautiful heart touching Melting, and the oh so fun New Song, leading into Disco!! Many other favorites throughout the set! The encore included I’m So Tired with Jenny’s smooth vocals, and one of my favs Beatles, which the crowd almost overwhelmed singing in unison! Loved every minute of it and will definitely look forward to seeing other talent perform here at the El Club!

Super cool small venue with a great micro brewery (Other Half Brewery) next door that has pub fare food as well below concert venue pricing and free parking at rivers c****o across the street. Oh and the band kicked @*s as usual

Konzert war super. Warpaint sind live mindestens genauso gut wie im Studio. Nur hätte das Konzert mit 1.5 stunden noch etwas länger sein können aber sonst war es echt Top.

Absolutely amazing gig. The guy standing next to me had obviously seen them before and said I’d be blown away and that doesn’t even come near to describing how I felt. Without a doubt this was in my top 3 of all time gigs. Just a shame it didn’t last longer. Love the venue as well on Bexhill seafront.

A great performance! It was my first time seeing Warpaint, although I've been a fan for several years. The venue, Pryzm, also my first time visiting, was small, which gave it a sort of intimate feel. The sound engineering was great, and every instrument was heard, with the overall volume not being overly loud. I very much enjoyed this show, and my only wish was that it was longer.

After seeing @warpaintwarpaintofficial live for the first time last night, my love for this band highly and quickly grew. These ladies are so talented and the best female band since The Runaways. Killler asymmetrical arrangements, always changing, s**y, bombing basslines, can't say enough!!!!! ⁣ ⁣ #warpaint⁣ #wethefest⁣ #wtf2019

Incredible. Fun, passionate, genuine. I’ve listened to them since I somehow stumbled upon Exquisite Corpse on iTunes a couple weeks after it dropped and finally got to see them. That closing song with jennylee was also unexpected, painfully relatable, and unforgettable.
