Shoot The Rabbit

"Hailing from Bangor whilst studying in University, Shoot the Rabbit have been making a name for themselves in the Wrexham area for the past two years. After practicing in a loft conversion for several months, Shoot the Rabbit played their first gigs in Bangor and have since had headline shows in and around Wrexham and recorded their first demo EP’s. Their first releases "That One Lived" and "Sticky" were released in 2011 and after a year of gigging and writing, "Scribble" was released in late 2012, proving to be the bands most popular release to date. Shoot the Rabbit’s sounds vary from dark and moody refrains to rapturous melodic indie tracks and they have drawn comparisons to Radiohead, Joy Division, The Cure and Arctic Monkeys. Their sound has been described as "a mixture of hypnotic bass and drums, silky seductive vocals and some subtle yet intricate guitar.
