Silence Fiction

Silence Fiction are a 6 piece band hailing from Sunderland, United Kingdom. The band formed back in 2013 with the aim of bringing a new and original sound to the northeast music scene and since then have adapted a very different sound that we feel is quite unique The style of music we play isn’t a specific genre but it takes aspect of Alternative Rock, Post-Hardcore & Grunge and blend together to create the sound we call Silence Fiction. The band consists of Harsh Vocalist SHAUN PAYNE, Clean vocalist EMILY WOODLEY, Rhythm Guitarist OWEN COOK, Lead Guitarist RYAN ELLISON, Bassist BILL WILSON & Drums NATHAN TAYLOR. Our debut EP entitled “The Faceless” was released in April 2015 by ourselves and we currently have CD’s for sale at shows or if you wish to have a physical copy sent your way, feel free to drop us a message and we will get be able to get it to you ASAP. We are currently writing our 2nd EP at the minute and are currently piecing together some of the our favourite & best material we have wrote to date.
