Amazing concert and experience! Saw them in France at the Hellfest and I couldn’t miss them out in Sydney. It is more than music, it is an experience to live at least once in a lifetime!

Wednesday 6th November. A night l will never forget. EIVOR & HEILUNG. Acknowledging & embracing the culture of the land. Grounding, uplifting & cleansing. My second time seeing Heilung live and I'll definitely be seeing them again. Another amazing show, incorporating first nations people and cultural significance into all of their performances is wonderful to witness. An extremely positive vibe in the room with music that brings people together.

OMGGGG WTFFFF sorry I have no words this was the first show/ party I have been (I’ve been to a lot.. A LOT) that I was truly myself. First the band before you OMGGG that’s my favorite genre thank youuuu. But then it started I could NOT stand stil I was jumping so high I think I irritated the people around me because my poncho was going everywhere so after a few thinking moments I left the crowd and went dancing in the back. There was so much room and I took it all :) because everybody was standing still anyway. Meanwhile that was the first time I danced without caring who was watching, without resting, still going while I had no breath left anymore (y’all almost killed me common don’t make me dance like that ;) hihi) still I was dancing the shit out of me. Dancing on my bare feet running as fast as I could to quickly get 2 waters chunking it and kept on dancing. Another girl slowly started to dance next to me hehe, sadly I was to scared to talk to her (I was there alone). Oké.. so, pretty magical right?? It’s not even done!! With the first song when i was standing in the crowd and jumping as high as I could on the drums, the man in the front on the left (for y’all on the right side) I believe saw me jumping and enjoying myself so much on your music and the look on his face I will never forget. I can’t explain his look but I think that it gave me the energie to not be able to stop dancing (thank you!). You could see the joy it gave him when I was like fuck yeahhhhhhh jump jump jump jump. I don’t know if he really looked at me and was full of joy because I loved the energie so much, but I’m gonna keep believing it anyway because it made my day so much more special. But that’s not alllll whaaaaat haha. The sound was incredible not only beautiful music sounds and vocals but I did not have to annoy myself by wearing stupid earplugs and be ashamed for my voice when the crowd goes whooooo aiaiaiaiaiiiiiyyyyy. The music was not that loud at all but at the same time it was exactly as loud as I would play on my headphones like whaaaaaaat also never had that happen before. My ears are like over sensitieve so the fact that it was not to loud but just loud enough omgggg wtf just no words but thank you :) I can’t thank y’all enough really this was no cap THE BEST evening OF MY LIFEEE!!! I will keep up with the dates CUZ NO WAY AM I EVER GONNA MISS ANOTHER SHOW OF YOU ALL!!!!!! Also I bought the sweater with the ax on its soooo much my favorite omggg can’t do it off. Also there was incense that was soooo gooood the smell was so long on the sweater I bough that was so amazing :)) BUT THATS NOT ALL!! Before it started I was sitting on the ground and was bored so I went meditating. Idk if I really felt it but suddenly the most powerful energie I’ve ever felt came in to me. I believe it was one of you or more idk and that made me also soooo ready to jump and dance my legs off. The only sad thing is when I was burning some secret wood and going around me and when one of you cleansed the stage and the room some stupid guys were making fun of it. I wanted to put them in their place soooo badly to be fk respectful but I don’t have those balls. But still that’s not all whaaaat haha. Even dough it was not the show anymore it still warmed my hart and it was because of the show. Afterwords I went smoking on a dark grassfield. And a super sweet homeless came to me “please no no if you pee here we can all see you” my response “oh no thank you thank you I just came to smoke some”. So I sit down light up thinking about the amazing night and suddenly he comes back with a peace of cardboard for me to sit on (I could almost cry from sweetness) I told him thank you but I was already sitting on the gras and was enjoying that to much to move (sorry to him). But we ended up having a beautiful conversation that I really enjoyed until my tram was gonna be there and my nightmare started :). I stepped out wrong and my next one was wayyyyyy to late so I missed my last train, luckily I could pay a taxi but I was shitting my pants afraid of being raped/ taken (I always am in big city’s). But I got home safe and got now the brains to not step out wrong anymore and thinking that it will be fine and I don’t have to double check. So lesson learned :) So with smaller words A THOUSAND TIME THANK YOU for your music for your energie and for coming to Belgium. I really really hope to see you soon again, really really hope soon :) Also your clothes and everything omggg so jealous (good jealousy) of it. I have some animals in the forest waiting for me to feel the energie of there bones and hopefully make a jewelry of it. I just wanna send a lot of hugs and love that I feel because of y’all thank you really THANK YOU I’m a different person from that night it opened my soul so much and idk I’m not gonna forget this thank you so so much also to everybody that made it possible for y’all to be where you are. I’m so grateful for y’all can’t say I enough thank you for existing xxxxxxxxxxx

The concept was just great! The most meditative show I've ever visited... But the Arena is awful. It was +32°C that day and no condition or air flow inside... Luckily, I took my fun with me and had to intensively fan myself all the time! After being 3 hours inside I got really sick and hardly got home.

This was the best show I have ever been to and I have been to a lot of shows, this is a must see and I’m already waiting for them to come back. Absolutely beautiful

If you want a slightly dark super atmospheric folk experience this is the show for you. I went along with a friend and honestly these guys surprised me with how good they were.

Woah. Just woah 🤯 These guys are AMAZING. When they say it’s a ritual, it is. It’s absolutely sacred. I had goosebumps for a solid 15 minutes in. I cannot WAIT to see them again!! Please come back to Texas!!

Die Show und die Bands waren der Hammer! Der Einlass war eine absolute Katastrophe! Wir standen 2 Stunden in der Schlange um 19 Uhr find dann der erste Act an aber noch 3/4 der Besucher waren in den beiden Einlass Schlangen verteilt. Die Organisation vor Ort also katastrophal. Die Bands aber der Wahnsinn!

An experience! That’s honestly the best word I can think of to describe a Heilung show 🖤 This performance hooked itself straight onto my pulse while Heilung transcended the stage they were on. An absolute can’t-miss show

I was expecting it to be good, but had no idea it would be THAT mindblowingly spectacular. Incredible choreography and costumes. And of course the music. I went home and checked their other dates.

The performers were amazing! This was not the right venue for this magnificent group, though. It was at or over capacity. Packed tight, it was difficult to see the stage at all, and yes, I've been there many times so I'm familiar with it. It took hours to get everyone in the doors, but Heilung was kind enough to wait over an hour to start so that everyone could get in. Well, there were some outside who didn't get in, because I saw them close the doors with people still out there, privacy due to capacity. In the back of the crowd or on the edges, it felt disconnected from the entire experience because you just could not see. The vocals were amazing, though. I think perhaps the personnel who book the venues for Heilung didn't anticipate the size of their fandom in this region. People came from all over Texas and the central part of the U.S. It is my sincere hope that they return, and book a larger, theater style venue with better line of sight, such as Texans Trust Theater in Grand Prarie. Maybe something even larger, because by the time they return, I can only anticipate even more growth of their fanbase.

This concert was incredible. I wouldn't call it a concert. More, an ancient, universal ritual, powered by music. I don't know how to put words to it. If you like their music, or anything like it, seeing them live is a must. Don't let the opportunity pass. The drums pounding through me, the ritual chanting, the power of their voices, the seriousness with which they performed, the communal prayer, the crowd yelling at the top of their lungs, primal screams. These memories will stick with me for the rest of my life. Thank you, Heilung, for keeping me grounded to my humanity. For keeping me connected to the earth and the one who was before, and to all other beings.

This. Thing. Is. F@$%ing. AMAZING! GREAT SOUND, VISUALS, LIGHTING, arrangements, story-telling. They deliver at a spiritual level as well as the gut! I meant to take pictures but was completely swept away and forgot to do so and I am glad I didn’t mis a beat. Love!

One of the best concerts I’ve ever been to in my life! (And I’ve been to tooons of shows!) The whole performance was like a ceremony. Prayers and blessings in the beginning and closing with prayers and blessings. So beautiful! Full of so much love and rooting deep! This was just phenomenal. BEYOND phenomenal! If you get a chance to see them live, don’t miss it! .

Sérieusement, le meilleur spectacle que je n’ai jamais vu. Je vais prendre un moment à m’en remettre. Une énergie folle, un public déchaîné et une performance à couper le souffle. Mention spéciale aux techs sons et lumière. C’était un plaisir du début à la fin. Merci infiniment 🖤

Unbelievable. I felt taken somewhere else, spiritually elevated, and overwhelmed at times by the visuals and the sounds. I left feeling joyful and a really unusual feeling of spiritual fullness. I’ve been to hundreds of shows, but the ritual is something special. Kai and Maria felt more than human like mystical entities. My highest recommendation.

What I could see, Heilung was put on an amazing show! However, huge downside was that the venue, Riviera Theatre, WAY oversold the event making it impossible to see most of their show. YEAH to Heilung BOOO to Riviera Theatre (never again!)

Hailing was incredible. As far as the Riviera staff goes, some employees were great others simply were rude and did not want to be there. Drinks are expensive, even for Chicago. Drink and eat beforehand.

Last night was a bit special. My 2nd Heilung event and a definite improvement on the first one (which was good, but they're getting better). The soundstage seemed of better quality than the Islington Assembly Hall venue used last year. The warriors, Maria and especially Kai were a lot more aware of the audience and seemed to want to "bring us in" more. The Warriors had more to do and there was more choreography used. Songs were a mix of the last two albums. You can't go wrong with Krigsgaldr or Hamrer Hyppyer (which is made extra special by the invasion of the audience by the warriors) but the first single from the new album, Norupo, was spectacular - the addition of the female chorus an added bonus. I really need to learn the words... What a night.
