MANU (Soniculture)

Manu has almost 20 years of career and has acquired big experience in environmental electronic art. In 2002 joins the Soniculture crew where he redefines his sound, directing his performances for the dance floor, never forgetting his influences, which includes ambient, techno, dub & punk. During his career he has performed in some of the best national clubs: Lux Frágil, Lx Factory, Ministerium, Op Art, Music Box, Europa, Lounge, Tamariz, Industria, Gare Porto, Vaticano, Pacha, Via Club, among others, and in many festivals like Boom Festival, Festival Forte, Sonic Fresh, Festival Sudoeste, Optimus Hype, Brg Festival, Citemor, Festival X, Neo-Pop, Out Jazz, among others. In addition to the career as a DJ, Manu is dedicated to programming events. Regularly collaborates in programming the Boom Festival, Jardim da Estrela, Sagrada Familia, MUV Lab sessions, COA, among others. Internationally he acted in several clubs and festivals in Spain, France, England, Germany, Sweden, Netherlands, Greece, Morocco, Angola and India. Manu sets provide sensory experiences with the public, between deep, hypnotic, dense and immersive sounds.
