He was AMAZING! So bittersweet that this is his farewell tour but made it even more of a privilege to be able to witness his insane guitar skills and the joy he radiates when playing. Such a one-of-a-kind musician and he seemed to really appreciate the audience and the crowd was giving the love right back. Wishing Peter health in his retirement and success in dealing with his disease and even better, a cure. Thanks for a wonderful show and all the years of incredible music.
Oh my gosh, it was amazing. The JBLZE as the opener was phenomenal— and then the man, the legend! I know he has health issues that will soon rob us of his greatness, but last night he played with such vim and vigor that I now GOT why the older kids in my 70s neighborhood loved Frampton Comes Alive. And I am kicking my butt for not seeing him sooner. My brother saw him years ago and immediately was hooked. I hope he was smiling down and saying “I TOLD YOU!”
JBLZE kicked ass! Peter Frampton is one of the most amazing story tellers with a guitar I have ever had the pleasure to feel. He was my very first rock concert! Only fitting I see him out...
He talk too much and play music we did not know and too long. We just want to see the hits and he spread them out too far that a lot of people left early. He looked and sounded great the band was amazing but again he talked too much and played songs that we did not care for
I would start by calling this show bittersweet. Peter Frampton, along with the others in the band, are extremely talented and a joy to see perform live. I'm sure we all wish Mr. Frampton the best with his health. He clearly loves what he does and it send as though that's being taken away from him. As I stated, it's wonderful watching him as he performs. You can see the joy in his eyes as he plays for a crowd of his fans. I hope his situation changes for the better. If not, Red Rocks is one hell of a venue to see him for one last time. I'm grateful to have been apart of the experience 🙂
A perfect night for an outdoor show. Heard some Zeppelin & the best of Frampton. He told some short stories about life, love, music, friends which was so great. A concert to remember! ❤️🎼
