Hailing from Denver, Colorado, Morbyd is a driven, passionate and charismatic artist with a unique approach to his blend of hip-hop and horrorcore rap.
Born Robert Cardona, Morbyd set out to develop a unique sound and a personal image based on dark horror aesthetic, gore and doom, blended in with the realness and honesty of his lyrical flow and hip-hop influences. Following a stint with a band in the early 90s and some time locked into a mental asylum, he managed to stick to his passion for creativity and art, eventually he kept making music and expressing himself through a diverse range of projects, particularly his solo work.
Currently, Morbyd is also the owner of Wicked Intent Records.
