Wolf Alice

truly the utmost privilege to bear witness to such an astonishing level of human excellence—three nights in a row. on my groupie s**t and followed them from Seattle up to Vancouver and then down to Portland. they make music, yes, but they make magic too. just an absolutely enchanting group of artists 🩷

Wolf Alice were fantastic last night. My wife got into it, despite only hearing a few songs. I had only listened to a couple of songs from the new album. Ellie apparently fell, I was too far away to notice, but she said "I fully stacked it, didn't do that in rehearsal!". She was often hilarious. I've never been to a concert at the O2. They can do a lot of cool stuff with the stage. I wish much louder bands showed up there like METZ or IDLES, could cause some mosh pits and thousands of people to jump. It was mostly full, and the max capacity is 20K. Sunflower Bean and Brie Salmena (props to the pregnant guitarist!) were the supporting acts, and now I'll have to check out Sunlight Beam. Their new album apparently is critically acclaimed. Some of their songs reminded me of the 70s like Black Sabbath.

hearing silk, dont delete the kisses, the last man on the earth, how can i make it ok, white horses, and just two girls live was everything i could’ve asked for in a show. great stage presence from the whole band, especially ellie

It's always like you see an old friend when you go to a concert by yourself while you're travelling through a city. It was like this when I saw The National in Wien or Wunderhorse in Milano. I cannot thank enough Wolf Alice for this night and their beautiful performance! Hope to see them in Turkey this summer as well and hopefully will hear many of their other beautiful songs as well!

A solid concert. To me it felt a little schizophrenic with big difference between the new and old songs. Also the connection to the audience could have been better. But I was well intertained. And that voice, just wow ❣️

Fantastic! Ellie is a goddess💘. Everyone played great with a lot of energy. Sorry Joff couldn’t be there😢. And the bass, at least with the acoustics in the balcony/mezzanine, was borderline painful😖. At least for my 70 year old ears….

I can't believe how good this band is and HoB made the experience even better with their excellent sound and mixing. The band makes me feel young again and at 65, I will take every opportunity to get that feeling. You can b*t that I'll see this group again.

Another night with Wolf Alice. They came back to us 11 months after their November 2021 show at the Vic. And they put on another great show here at the Vic. The sound mixing was excellent. Ellie's voice was amazing. They're one of my favorite bands.

the band was ok but the venue was way too packed for a sold out show and … what evil genius thought of the idea to make the restrooms at the far end of the standing room, creating a whirlpool of traffic

Great show and nice touch with fake snow to close... saw them last year in Brighton before their US tour... they had more energy and the sound at the Dome was much better.. maybe it's me the Academy always seems to s**k a bit. Well apart from Gomez in 99.

Great venue and fantastic show. Both bands started on time and the venue was comfortable and not too packed. No lines for bathrooms or bars. Sound was great and Wolf Alice put on an amazing high energy show. I could not believe how strong Ellie's voice was. I would go to Terminal West again and definitely will see Wolf Alice again!

Amazing as always! This band has become one of my favorites in the few years I’ve been enamoured by them! They always put on such an amazing show and are such sweet people. They deserve all the success coming to them and more. As this was a show they’ve been wanting to play for years now (at 9:30 Club) and now to accomplish that goal and sell it out, that’s amazing. I miss them already!
