About Texan Peacocks
Texan Peacocks play totally live music with acoustic drums, valve amplifiers and no backing tracks! They have their own PA system and lighting system. This creates a raw sound which simply cannot be recreated in any other way.
The band were formed in March 2003 and are based in Warwickshire, Midlands, England, UK.
The set has been carefully crafted to appeal to audiences of all age groups with tracks borrowed from The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, The Police, Blondie, The Killers, Radiohead, Kaiser Chiefs, The Smiths, The Jam, Elvis Costello and much more...
All members of the band are experienced musicians who have a long history playing together that dates back to teenage years in the 1980's. The 5-piece party band features guitar, bass, drums, percussion and lead & harmony vocals.
