About Tiffany Moníque

“Lovely. That's the first thing that comes to mind when I think of Tiffany Moníque. She has Southern Belle grace, New York City attitude and world class talent. She's a true diva and a success story on many different levels.”
- Rox Fontaine

Best known to the general public as one-third of Beyonce’s background singers “The Mamas”, Tiffany Moníque is a solo recording artist, singer, songwriter and has been the lead background vocalist for Beyonce for over 12 years.

A native of Nashville, Tennessee, Tiffany moved to Newark, New Jersey as a young child. In 1995, Tiffany was awarded a music scholarship to Morgan State University in Baltimore, Maryland. During this period, she joined a local girl group "On Point". Tiffany’s sights shifted to a solo career after returning home and graduating from William Paterson University in New Jersey with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications/Journalism. These are a few words used to describe her style, putting her in the company of her Newark a/k/a "Brick City" idols & predecessors Whitney Houston & Faith Evans. er journey to the forefront has been much awaited and long overdue. As Beyonce:

"Tiffany's voice has effortless strength, sass, seduction, and heart with a tone that puts you at ease. I am very lucky to have worked with her for many years and I am proud that she now has such a wonderful piece of work to share with the world.”
