Soen are extremely tight live. The roughly 1 hour 10 song set was great, so was the atmosphere and Soen's energy on stage. Gröna Lund has 2 stages, 1 of them being small and the other being big. Soen played the small more intimate stage. Which unfortunately means a less powerfull sound and alot less freedom to move around on stage. SOEN is one of the most under rated Progressive Rock Bands to date. I previously saw them in Los Angeles at the El Rey Theater. Thank you Martin Lopez for one of your 5B Red Intense Los Cabos Drum Sticks! Please SOEN come back to Southern California! We love you!!!!

Their performance was amazing as always!! I'll go see them any where & time. The only complain is that we could've done without the local band, didn't fit the style. And the other complaint, not on the band, is that I wish they would've played in the city, because on a Tuesday, it's harder to get to the remote destination of Joliet and attempting to get out of Chicago during rush hour. Otherwise, I'm sure it would have been packed like their other 2 previous shows in Chicago.

Dam this band is insane live, very progy! Kinda of mix of Tool, Scorpions, Ghost, Dream Theater, Rammstein, and Pink Floyd! Very unique sound! Also the opening band Trope was awesome with there acoustic set, that band is going place, got to meet and talk to the guitarist, and the lead singer! Very nice and awesome people! Got guitar picks, setlist and CD all signed by them! Very awesome night, a cool small venue in Seattle!🤘🤘🤘

Great show. Joel killed it. It's really great, as a fan, to go to a show where the vocals sound as good as they do on the albums. Would like to have had a song from Lykaia, but the set list was still great.

Amazing show! Soen simply rock and electrify the audience. The Abbey is a great intimate venue, standing room only but I was literally standing 15 feet from the stage. Soen is my favorite prog metal band... The team knows how to connect to the audience. Love it!

The band was perfect, sound was good and the lightning good too. There should be an extra terminal in the merch area so the quene didn`t build up too much. Some people might have desided not to shop due to quene. Nice and helpful staff. All in all a good evening where both bands did a great performance

What a band! What a gig! I’m so, so glad Soen came back to Strasbourg on their Memorial tour, to promote their latest album! I’ve been listening to this band non-stop since 2017, when I first heard this was the love project of former Opeth drummer Martin Lopez. Lotus and Imperial have seen me through the pandemic. I was waiting for the day I’d get to see them live, and they did not disappoint! Clean playmainship, gorgeous and eclectic vocals, and a fearless message against oppression and war. What’s not to love about this band? Till next time, Soen! Thank you for the show and for a new, amazing album!

Buenas noches.El concierto de SOEN en Bilbao me pareció muy bueno en la sala Kafe Antzokia.En mi caso me puse cerca de la mesa de mezclas,en una mesa que estaba justo detrás y pude ver y escuchar el sonido de las 3 bandas a gusto.El sonido y estilo me gustó más con la 1 banda y con Soen.La segunda banda no me llamó tanto por la voz del cantante.Un saludo de mi parte y hasta otra...

The voice, the charisma, the guitar, the drums, damn even the base… 6/5 stars! It was my first soen concert, but definitely not my last!! I drove 200 km (one way) sure was worth it! What a night! Thank you Soen! See you soon

Soen is and remains world class! Top musicians, great melodies, complex but brilliant lyrics. In the form as on the Atlantis tour with the classic quartet and the singer simply to kneel down. Please repeat this on occasion! The location is also top, there I like to drive an hour for the great sound and the incomparable atmosphere!

Another great, intimate venue, with not a bad seat in the house (though we were standing at the front, stage right). This would be our 3rd time seeing Soen, back to back nights and this time with a meet and greet. The guys were very personable and open and willing to listen or do the talking themselves, whatever worked for the fans. Great time before the show, and that show.. Awesome! I cannot get over how great this band sounds live. Their musicianship is astounding and Joel's voice was on point for 3 nights in a row. I don't know how he does it. Standing literally 5 feet from where Martin was sitting, slamming out the beats, gave me a much deeper appreciation of just how skilled and emotive a drummer he is. Zlatoyar, the newest addition to this formidable lineup showed extraordinary prowess on laying down the bass. His opening to their (not so secret) Tool style song was fun and special. Cody was on point as well. He's such a talent and thoroughly enjoys what he's doing and conveys that to the audience effortlessly. The workhorse of Soen, their guitarist & keyboardist is Lars. Lars is a thrilling talent to behold. Laying down an imperative on the keys and then literally jumping up to play a blistering lead, this guy is nonstop and gives Soen a jolt like no other. They are all immensely talented and earnestly friendly with their fans. What a way to finish out following these guys around Texas!

After seeing them in Austin, TX the previous night, I was shocked, shocked I tell you to find they were just as awesome, if not more so in Dallas. The venue was one of the best small music venues I've ever been to, so that helped I'm sure. Supporting the great Katatonia again, this was the second of only 2 shows they'd be on the same bill together in the U.S. Fantastic show!

I’ve seen many shows in my time and this by far was one of the best ever, the venue was amazing and if you get a chance to stay at the hotel, I highly recommend it… VIP meet and greet was beyond exceptional.

One of the best shows I’ve ever seen. Truly remarkable. It’s too bad that this European supergroup doesn’t have a loyal enough following to perform In larger venues in the US. One of the best bands I’ve listened too and their live sound is just as good as their studio recordings. To anyone that reads this, do yourself a favor and go check these guys out. If you’re a fan of excellent progressive metal/rock. You won’t regret it.

Soen were sublime. It was an amazing night, with three bands, playing flawlessly. Horrse Ocean began the night with a succession rip-roaring songs, that got everyone buoyant, they were followed up by Lizzard, from France, and they played some wonderful songs, great melody and rythme. The drumming was awesome, and the vocalist was inspiring. Final Soen came on stage and rocked! Song after song, was played with 100 percent conviction. Totally amazing night. Up there with my favourite band selections, such as Tool/APC/Pusifer, Opeth, Porcupine Tree, Wheel and Alice in Chains.

Soen is absolutely awesome! And this show at Colos-Saal was unforgetable again like the other ones I have seen, too. It's a nice tiny club (where the band just fit on the stage) in the middle of the city with great sound. The guys had obviously so much fun and so had I. Thank you Soen!

I traveled from Sarajevo to Budapest, for 7h, and it was worth it! The energy was amazing, they choose great songs for the gig. The vocalis Joel was really a warm and talkative to the audience! I enjoyed every second, and would travel again to see them live. My warmest recommendation for anyone who likes their sound on tracks - live they are amazing! Also, the concert was on the boat, whic was really cool! P.s. The day before the concert I recognize them on the street, they were very kind and we took pictures together.

Beautiful and masterful re-imagining of some of their best tunes. Absolutely loved the string section and backing harmonies -- they added a whole new dimension to the music. Soen are definitely the best current artist for unparalleled vocal melodies and emotionally moving music. A hugely underappreciated band! I hope this performance is released on CD/DVD so that I can add it to my Soen collection. Easy 5 stars.
