Shane Gillis

Line up was good. Material was mostly good. Shane’s a good story teller and like when he does his improves and his local humor was great too. There was too much cheap humor across the board on all acts. They all have enough talent without having to rely on the lowest forms of humor. Were more dick jokes than a HS football locker room. Only reason I wouldn’t give it a 5 star.

James McKay and Matt MCusker opened! Shane should have done more trump! Funny show but beware many parts of SNL monologue are in the show.

One of the opening acts, Big Jay Oakeson was awful. He was extremely vulgar and it made everyone we were with feel so uncomfortable. You deserve better to open for you, Shane.

Was an Amazing show sold out record breaking crowd. Started with James McCann, Dan Soder, and Big Jay Oakerson crazy lineup and Shane killed hope he comes back.

Ive watched the comedy special on netflix, watched tires and his other work. Nothing could have prepared me for how funny shane is live. Great show and highly reccommend to anyone! Thanks for the great night.

Loved the show. Shane was awesome. So were the guys before him. My only complaint was this woman who screamed at the top of her lungs every second. It was the right octave and pitch to damage my hearing and probably made my eardrum burst.

The best performance I have ever seen, worth the money and then some. Shane please come back to Canada, give Halifax Nova Scotia a try

Show itself was great but the venue itself was horrible. Main Gates closed and construction going on everywhere made it very uncomfortable and difficult to get around.

The venue was nice and fairly clean. The only negative thing I would have to say is the lines for food and drink, but that’s pretty standard. For the show itself both opening acts were fairly hilarious and then once Shane Gillis came on it was nonstop, tears and laughter And absolutely absolutely amazing show! 12/10 would go back!

I’ve never laughed harder in my life my face hurts from laughing so much 90% of the material was stuff I never heard before go see him!! You will not regret it!! 😂😂😂

Shane is one of my top comedians at the moment. He always elevates things up a notch when he is there. Highly recommend seeing him!

The two openers were bad. Shane was great, the best part was his joe Biden and Donald Trump jokes, I wish those took up a bit more of his set.

Great show, Shane had everybody going wild and he managed the rowdy audience. The openers were all good, Nate Marshall is a great warm up and Charles Blizz was hysterical. The parking was a nightmare and not handled well at all. They need way more organization and more actual police to direct the traffic. You are in line to get into the venue while to the right is an off ramp merging in, and then in front and also to the left are Uber drivers aggressively turning into the line then stopping to pick up people, making the line not move at all and a lot of close calls. Not to mention there are people walking through the cars to get in Ubers stopping in traffic to the left with cars whizzing by them. I don't even work in the field but could give you ten different ways to fix all this to avoid a wreck or pedestrian getting hit, which is inevitable. Uber drivers need a dedicated pick up and drop off area that is both marked, enforced, and safer. The venue leaves the entirety of the flow of traffic for you, the paying event goer, up to one guy with a flashlight at the head of the line waving you in to a small side street. Meanwhile, the traffic from the first show is also leaving. So instead of able to park, you're fighting to get through all this just to get to the lot. Overall this could have been a better experience with some smarter traffic and crowd management from the city and venue. The show was excellent though, the audio, lighting, performers, etc were all great. The venue is extremely nice other than the 1949 children's auditorium sized seats. I'm from out of town, so I doubt I'd go to the venue again based on the seats alone, my (and every other normal height guys') knees were crammed against the wood of the chair in front of me the whole show. Luckily people getting beer every 5 minutes and made the row stand up and all file out into the aisle (because there is zero room to pass). The performers were a 10/10, the venue experience was pretty mid.

The venue was awesome! Security procedures were so fast! Super easy to scan tickets! So many options to buy food and drinks which really minimized the lines. Really loved all the different spaces you could hang out in before the show. Other venues do not offer this. Bathrooms were clean and accessible. Everything was a bit pricey - but that’s anywhere you go. I will definitely be back. Great experience. And Shane Gillis was a killer!

Shane was awesome! Wish it wasn’t at playhouse tho. Beer lines were waaay too long. Missed the openers. Didn’t sit until shane got in stage. But in the end, it was awesome

Top 5 comedian right now. Great show with 2 openers and great energy non Shane. Good venue, I like comedy clubs better but not bad for a theater.

Comics were awesome, venue was clean but the security was not good. Girl and guy next to me were out of their minds messed up. She was screaming "YEASSSSS" at everything right into the peoples ears in front of her. Then proceeds to spit her drink all over the row in front of her. BF tries to fight the guy who was just spit on for saying something, then again when they say something about the screaming. Security saw and did nothing.

Shane Gillis might be the GOAT. His delivery is spot on and even if you hear some material for a second time, there is something different randomly tossed in there. He was amazing and I would pay go see him every time he's in town

Glad to see and be a part of Shane’s first big theatre gig. Only slightly ruined by the guy right behind me with the foghorn laugh even Shane pointed out was distracting.
