About Atom and The Volumes

- Delve into the world of blissed-out garage-pop.

Atom & The Volumes are poised to return with their first full release since their eponymous EP. With influences ranging from psychedelic rock to indie-electronic, this dynamic offering features new and previously unrecorded songs written, produced, and recorded by the band at Leadfoot Studio in Toronto.

Formed in the spring months of 2011, the group lead by Marc Atom Borins culls a wide range of influences from classic rock icons to contemporary indie and electronic artists, delivering a reverb-drenched sound that’s been known to venture off into experimental territory. Performing countless shows around the city to packed, sweaty audiences, as well as having played the inaugural Toronto Urban Roots Festival, A&TV were awarded the “On the Rise” designation by New York City’s Relix Magazine.
