I had the best time ever at The Chicks show! Mostly women. Sitting on the hill on a beautiful summer day in Michigan. We made friends and sang to every song! It was the most fun I’ve had at a concert in a very long time.
I love The Chicks! You go girls!

Mixing their current album with popular tracks from all their previous albums, The Chicks and their six piece band delivered an incredible show. The music was tight, the harmonies were solid, the stage performance was great, and the stage show was perfect. If you like this band, don't miss this tour!

Everything was a 10, from the venue ( our 1st time there) and we are IMPRESSED!! I said I’d never do an outdoor concert, this venue changed my mind. The Chicks were phenomenal! I’ve never seen them live, but a fan from way back before they were famous. They sound as amazing live NOW as they always have. I am So glad we went & I would highly recommend both the Bangor Maine State Ampitheatre & The Chicks

My husband and I took two friends, sat on the lawn on a beautiful cool night. So many of The Chicks’ songs have served as the backdrop of our lives. We have always loved and supported them and it was amazing to see them live! They are such great musicians and spokeswomen!

How. Wonderful. To. Be. Able. To. See. The. Chicks, This blessed . Group. Of Talent touched Us!! A. Song. Brought. My. Friend. From. Oklahoma to. Tears. She. Did. Not. Know. The. Chicks. Until. I. Invited. Her. To. Join. Me in. Las. Vegas. Thank. You. #1. The. Chick#1

The theater had a nice layout unless you were positioned behind a big pillar and couldn't see the drop down screens from the back section. Don't bother with the premier access. We paid $50 per person and the only difference was us walking in about 1 minute before anyone else. Total waste.
The Chicks are excellent musicians, which they showcased well. That said, they had so many songs to choose from but seemed to play sad ballads revolving around being cheated on and depressing divorce songs which were a bummer. Just when we thought they would play some of their fun stuff that people knew, they would whip out one fun song everyone was singing along to, then go right back to yet another depressing ballad. Sadly, I wouldn't recommend the show because of this and I have been a huge fan since the 90's.

So awesome. Love that they played all their hits and their cool new music too. Natalie has an incredible voice and she was full on for 2:30hr straight of singing. The Chicks are all so talented, they all play so many instruments and sound incredible together. Well worth it. Their ticket prices were so reasonable and love the Venue!!

Lightening caused a 2 hour delay. Due to a Noise Curfew around the venue, they cut Patty Griffith’s opening performance. Love the Chicks, but seeing her again was the reason I decided to invest the money and make the 3.5 hour drive each way. Crazy!! A noise curfew around a concert venue???? This just means the ticket holders get short changed on the performance!! The venue is lovely, but in the future I will make every effort to avoid going here. This was our 3rd concert at the amphitheater and have one more here later. Three more coming at other venues outdoors. The Chicks were absolutely amazing! They have truly improved with age. Natalie’s voice is better than ever! The show was exceptional. The venue is a disappointment.

Good set list, great weather. Pacing of the concert was a little weird … and much of the crowd was rude as hell, wouldn’t shut up the entire show (and the PA wasn’t loud enough to make up for it). Felt like most people were just there to be there, and not to actually enjoy the concert.

The Chicks were awesome! Great song line up, great sound, entertaining and fun!
The venue was terrible! We had “premium lawn” tickets which we paid extra for and it was less than premium. The view was difficult, half the time we couldn’t see the band! Also we had to cut through 50+ feet of people to get to the premium section. We had no way out to restrooms except for cutting back through the people we cut through to get there. Poor set up and it felt like we were swindled. Shame on the Idaho center for that.
The chicks rule!!!

The Chicks did what they do best. Rock harder and better than most. You don’t have to like country music to appreciate the raw talent that these women posses. In fact, if you can’t get passed that you don’t like country music, your missing out on some real talent. You cannot deny that from production to every musician on stage, it’s hard to beat The Chicks live. Many have tried. I have seen hundreds of bands live during my life as a tour manager and now as a spectator. Bravo ladies! Not many bands can 20 years later have a crowd of 20k+, all ages, most born long after most of your records were made, singing every word to every song. It was absolutely amazing. There is a reason. That is not luck! It must be just as amazing to be that song writer who’s songs touch so many for so long.
Now for the dirt. It was a Live Nation show 🤮. I checked the Shoreline amphitheater official website before I made the long drive down there for information about what’s allowed. Did I need that clear bag that is so freaking ridiculous and makes 0 sense? And absolutely nothing was said about needing one. So when I arrived there were signs about the clear bag policy. And a place to check your purses. When I told the live nation representative that there was nothing on my ticket or the venues website about this ignorant policy (which benefits no one except live nation profits by short staffing for less inspection needed, Laughable since they didn’t look in the small non clear bags in the clear bag)
I was told I looked at the wrong site.
“Ummmm I looked on the VENUES WEBSITE Where THE EVENT is being held”
He said
“they are irrelevant, this is a live nation event and you should have checked their website” yep irrelevant was the term used.
Which fits perfectly into the egotistical greedy executive model that Live Nation is run.
So I promptly took my things out of my purse stuck them in my pocket, put my purse in my jacket pocket and went in. No one inspected anything I brought in. So yeah that clear bag thing is a great idea and works wonders.
Then I put my stuff that no one inspected back into my purse and went to my seat. My purse didn’t misbehave and no one got hurt.
I’d rather pull my eyeballs from my head with my own hands than go on the live nation website and now really considering never attending another Live Nation show. Live Nation was created by the losers who couldn’t be an artist and find self worth in how much money they have, so they instead exploit artists and overcharge the the artists fans so they can feel relevant and powerful.
Just a little message to the executives at Live Nation who think that profit is the goal of life and charging fees to people for absolutely nothing in return is ok and no big deal and not killing the whole reason for music in the first place. A convenience fee? Seriously? And the saddest part is you have no idea what your doing is wrong and deceitful. You think you are really a big shot. Sad, Pitiful and so wrong.
But fear not, You are still a loser, money doesn’t make you taller or better looking. And your partner has to hold back the barf when you touch them and wouldn’t piss on you if you were on fire. No one actually likes a greedy pig. And you can’t put lipstick on it to make it pretty. Money will never love you back. Sorry to have to break the news to you but NO ONE really likes or respects you. They are paid to. Guess that’s what the convenience fee is used for?
When the people who need music the most, like a kid or a hard working person who makes minimum wage, has to miss shows because the cost has gotten so out of control, but the not so hard working executives paychecks keep going up and can afford more than they deserve, we have lost sight into what is important and the whole reason we need music in this world. Thanks for destroying the music Live Nation. You can fool some of the people some of the time but not all of the people all of the time. But you can afford to pay for companionship. Yay you. I’d rather be broke than ugly inside and out!
And the Shoreline amphitheater executives keep in mind that Live Nation has trained its representatives that you are “irrelevant” so when that executive is kissing your ass because he doesn’t have a venue to exploit he actually thinks your irrelevant. I would make them irrelevant and cut them out of your venue. Unless of course you are willing to be irrelevant for $$.
Music heals and needs to be accessible to all again. Look around this country. It’s sick and getting sicker. Ask yourself why.

The Chicks had the crowd in the palm of their hands and were fully appreciated. Their energy spread throughout the amphitheater from their entrance on the stage until leaving five minutes after this incredible performance. This is a group that needs to be seen to fully be appreciated. The ensemble sound was well harmonized and enthralling.

I’ve loved the DIXIE CHICKS since 1995. I’ve always wanted to go to one of their shows. Die hard fan. With all of the madness in the world right now, I was in the lengthy part of the show speaking about politics and racism and abortion. Why can’t we all just enjoy a live music show???

The Question here is how was the show, and since there are many different parts to a show, I will say this: the opening act sounded HORRIFIC. Patty Griffin didn't sing on beat, her rifs were grating, her voice was grating. The gates at Budweiser Stage opened at 6pm and the Chicks didn't get on stage until 8:50pm. The crowd was drunk, annoying, had no respect for personal space. There should not be almost 3 hours between opening and stage time because people become belligerent, rude, and out of control. I paid $200 for my ticket and the people around me absolutely ruined the experience. But, the Chicks themselves were awesome.

Th Chicks were fantastic! The only reason I didn't give the experience a five star was my partner and I were completely gobsmacked by the constant movement of the crowd...to and from the concession stands, washrooms and bars...constant movement during the performances. The more drunk the group of young women sitting behind us got, the less attentive they were to the performances. The full volume conversation and /or singing along loudly out of tune was so lacking in social awareness and disregard for the experience for others. It will be a long time before I attend a concert in a hockey arena again...

Absolutely, hands down, life changing musical performance!!! Dixie Chicks are and will always be my favorite artists that truly speak to every part of my being and address tough issues head on without self regard...they say what most are think but too afraid of which to speak. Thank you so much for gracing us all with your presence and immense talent!!!!

chicks were awesome and didn't disappoint. venue was outdoors in texas in August...so hot. and the place was packed, not a single place to actually sit on the lawn, and we got there an hour before show time. by the time they took stage, it was crowded standing room only

The concert was fantastic! I've been a fan of theirs for a long time, so this was a bit of a dream come true, and the experience of seeing them live only elevated them higher in my esteem. I would not hesitate to see them again. It was an excellent end to my both day week!

Natalie's voice sounded stronger than ever and Emily and Martie are superb musicians and Natalie is no slouch either. The crowd was on their feet the moment they started in on some of their biggest hits and the Chicks smiled and look genuinely happy seeing the crowd singing along to every word. Such a fun concert! If you have the opportunity go see the Chicks!
