DJ Nois

Short bio: Twenty-five years old techno DJ from Brno (Czech Republic), resident DJ of the biggest Czech techno event Apokalypsa who has already performed on main festivals and clubs around whole homeland. (e.g. Apokalypsa, Citadela, Creamfields, Pig Fest, Summer Session, Summer of love and many more.) He's focused on actual techno sound from Drumcode, CLR or Phobiq production. Nois is standing behind the decks since year 2005 and in year 2011 he has started to play from four decks, controllers and he's trying to do his best on every event. Nois is also interested in journalism and he's a member of Apokalypsa & Citadela PR team, so he has already realised interviews with guys like: Chris Liebing, Cari Lekebusch, Joseph Capriati, DJ Rush, Umek, Mauro Picotto, Cristian Varela, Ben Sims, The Advent, ... Longer version: - Born in 1987 in Brno / Czech republic - city where Czech techno scene was formed - Fascinated by dance music and Djing since the beginning of the 21st century - Bought the first turntables in 2004 and started played techno influenced by sound of Ben Sims, The Advent, Adam Beyer, Marco Bailey, Marko Nastic, etc. - In 2006 he attended the Stanton DJ contest where he gained 4th place In the end of 2006 he started to organize his first parties in local clubs in Brno - Big breakthrough came in June 2008 when he get the chance to perform on main stage of the biggest Czech big room techno party - Apokalypsa - After that moment his calendar get filled by amount of gigs around the best clubs in the Czech and Slovak republic (e.g. Roxy, Fleda, Boby centrum, S club, etc.) - In year 2009 he performed on the biggest Czech festivals like Summer of love, Creamfields, Pig Fest and he performed again on Apokalypsa main stage in common set with his good friend Spiriakos - He made forerunner for Cari Lekebusch, Industrialyzer, James Ruskin, Joseph Capriati and many others respected guys - He just graduated on media studies and journalism on university. - --- That’s linked with his another activity in the world of techno music. In year 2009 he became a part of Apokalypsa PR and organization team where he’s working until these days. Nois already realized interviews with legends like: Chris Liebing, Cari Lekebusch, Joseph Capriati, DJ Rush, Umek, Mauro Picotto, Cristian Varela, Ben Sims, The Advent, etc. etc... - In 2011 he started to play from four decks via software and bunch of controllers and he’s still trying to improve his setup to retain unique and personal techno sound - In year 2013 he became the official and the only one Apokalypsa resident DJ - This year he’s going to Mexico with his buddy Spiriakos to perform there their sound on little tour - He’s experimenting with his own loops so he’s step before own original production - He’s also playing the piano since his 6th birthday :)) ////// ESP: Ha pinchado en las principales fiestas techno en Republica Checa como Apokalypsa festival, verano del amor, Europa Central Creamfields, Pig Fest al aire libre, sesiones de verano y muchos más. Está concentrado en el sonido techno actual como Drumcode y CLR.
