Such a pleasure to find another great old school blues rock / heavy rock band. They played all their own stuff no covers. Bit of Altman brothers bit of Black Sabbath bit of Deep Purple. No copy cat just band they reminded me of times. Worth a visit if they are near you

About The Pinx
The Pinx are Southern-tempered psychedelic rock n’ roll from Atlanta, Georgia
The Pinx revel in rock n’ roll, the unashamed guitar-wielding species that clawed out from the primordial blues, always hungry, always evolving, aware of but unencumbered by its origins. For the better part of two decades, the Atlanta, Georgia outfit has pushed the decibel level across two EPs and three albums, marking the narrative with garage primitivism, power soul, and a dangerous integrity that eschews compromise to deliver righteousness with each amplified riff. Sub-genre it to death if you will, but in the end, bitter or sweet, The Pinx rock.
For their eponymous fourth album due out Aug.19, 2022, via Earache Distribution, The Pinx– Adam McIntyre (lead vocals, lead/rhythm guitar, Chance McColl (lead/rhythm guitar, vocals), Charles Wiles (bass, vocals), and Cayce Buttrey (drums, vocals) descended upon West End Sound in July of 2021 armed with an arsenal of fresh material and with the GRAMMY-award-winning Tom Tapley (Mastodon, Blackberry Smoke, Tom Morello, Larkin Poe) firmly in the producer's role.
The band has been featured on ESPN, FOX Sports, and by numerous publications including Paste, Creative Loafing, Immersive Atlanta, SoundandSoulOnline.com, Americana Highways, The Big Takeover, Flood Magazine, American Blues Scene, and more. They have shared the stage with Nashville Pussy, MC50, Wayne Kramer, and Ben Harper.
