About Dirty Gunnz
IN 2005, the world was introduced to DIRTY GUNNZ, a melodic, hard rock band seeking to bring back the glory days of hairspray and eyeliner. Based in Knoxville, TN and formed by Front man/Lead Vocalist Micheal Gunnz, DIRTY GUNNZ specializes in 80’s glam/hair-band covers and originals. Influenced by the likes of Enuff Z Nuff, Motley Crue, GnR, Poison, Ratt, Dokken, Danger Danger, Skid Row, Whitesnake, Def Leppard, BulletBoys, Faster Pussycat, Dangerous Toys, Night Ranger, Jackyl, Kix, The Cult, Warrant, Tesla, Ozzy Ozbourne, and Quiet Riot (amongst MANY others), their sound is a true compliment to the “Decade of Decadence”.
DIRTY GUNNZ has opened for National acts such as: The Donnie Vie Band, Enuff Z Nuff, Green Jello, Rock City Angels, and L. A. Guns ; to Reba McEntire, Chicago, and The Band Perry....to name a few. Having played events ranging from Biker Rallies to Party's, to huge local festivals, and playing arenas and small clubs, DIRTY GUNNZ have experienced it all!
