Sarah Horn and James Cudworth

Performing locally and nationally at a range of venues and events playing contemporary, original and traditional tunes and songs. We play at many festivals too, including: Galtres, Moonbeams (main stage), Broadstairs, Warwick, Barnsley Acoustic Roots (main stage), Holmfirth, Shepley Spring Festival (main stage), Wirral Festival (main stage) and Beverley. The 2013 list includes Wirral Festival, Galtres and Boomtown Fair with their band Aelfen. We've appeared at the Glasgow Royal Concert Hall at the Celtic Connections Festival and played in the winners' performance in the New Roots competition, we were also shortlisted in the 'unsigned artist' competition run by Trowbridge Festival. In 2012 we were awarded the Seth Lakeman Rising Stars Award. Sarah and James also play with Aelfen, Blackstone Edge and covers band, The Undecided. In addition to this Sarah performs with Alistair Griffin, based in York, and James plays bass with his Liverpudlian Indie band, The Roscoes.
