In The Unlikely Event

We are a metalcore band based out of Wichita, KS. In a town that is focused primarily on hardcore and grindcore metal, its tough to have a place for a band like us, who is influenced by pop-metalcore acts such as Attack Attack!, We Came As Romans, Of Mice & Men, Sleeping With Sirens and more. We are all at a place in our lives where we can go out and pursue our dream of playing music everynight for people, and we want to work as hard as we need to to make it happen. 2012 is shaping up to be an important year for In The Unlikely Event and we look forward to leaving no stone unturned and playing every gig we can get our hands on. Our primary goal is to make sure everyone can hear what we have to say and spread our positive influence in a scene often misunderstood as being dominated by anger. We have shared the stage with such rouring acts as: Attack Attack!, The Devil Wears Prada, Whitechapel, These Hearts, In Other Words, Close Your Eyes, A Hero A Fake, Harp and Lyre, and Set the Sun.
