Watched him from boy to man
The new music is good
Good to hear new songs that are as good as and some better than the old
Troy .. you are not second to anyone .. not even Slim .. and to sing Lights on the Hill better than Slim did .. 👍👍

The Troy Cassar-Daley show was everything I expected it to be. The venue was terrific, most of the crowd were respectful. Some up the back talked constantly until they were told to shut up. Both Troy & the first act - Amber Joy Poulton - were terrific. The story telling from both made a real difference to the songs. It was the first time I'd seen either of them, & I was thoroughly impressed. I'd have no hesitation in going to see either of play again. I'd rate the show a 9.5 out of 10, only because of the idiots up the back.

Troy Cassar-Daley has released 11 studio albums throughout his thirty years of making music. He is a proud Gumbaynggirr/Bundjalung man who comes from a long line of storytellers and shares his musicianship with so many artists across different styles of music.
His passion to pen stories about this land and what lies at the heart of it has been a driving force in his career.
Troy has been awarded numerous accolades including 40 Golden Guitars, 5 ARIAs including one for the 2021 Country Album of the Year with The World Today, 3 APRA Song of the Year awards, 9 Deadlys (Australian Indigenous Artist Awards), 4 CMAA Entertainer of the Year awards plus 2 NIMAs (National Indigenous Music Awards). His songs have been the soundtrack to the everyday triumphs, struggles and good times for Australians from our small towns to the big cities.
