About C-Villain
A Native of the Bay Area, California, Emcee C-Villain found Hip-Hop culture a age young age. From graffiti to writing raps in class, music started to become an addiction as he and his High School friends started a group (The Nomads) with Producer/Emcee J Fizz in 2006. The Nomads would sell hundreds of cd's on high school campus's hustling for kids lunch money across the East Bay and originally put Piedmont on the map. Rapping through out Oakland and Berkeley, The Nomads sold their debut album, "All Up In Da Mud" at Amoeba Music on Telegraph Avenue, the worlds best living record store. C-Villain still calls the East Bay home. Since then he has put out 3 album's with the collective the Nomads and re-located to the Northwest (Eugene, OR) for College at The University of Oregon. Today he can be found performing at college house party or kicking a freestyle in a local cypher with friends or other rappers in the community. Villain has also performed shows with Pharoahe Monch of Organized Konfusion, Andre Nickatina, One Be Lo of Binary Star, Chip Tha Ripper, Young Gully, Akil from Jurassic 5, Sunspot Jonz of Living Legends, L*Roneous and Z-Man of One Block Radius to name a few. In November 2011, C-Villain released his long-awaited debut album, "Stereo's, Domino's & A Few Flows" produced by lifelong friend and producer J Fizz and Seattle's own, 1800. The Project Features East Oakland's Young Gully, Xperience (of Old Dominion), Mistah Luhtakizz, J Fizz, Soopah Eype, Da Kidd FlyBoy & more. Mixing raw production, organic lyricism, and old samples with new school flavor, his music will captivate hip-hop and music listeners of all ages.
