About Bar de Monjas
Bar de Monjas was formed by Fausto Rivera (Guitar/Vocals) and Eric Esparza (Drums) in Mexico City at the end of 2010. From 2011 to 2015 Gerardo Arias overtook the Drum part, whereas since 2017, Marcus Balthasar joined Fausto as the new drummer of the band. Bar de Monjas sound is simple; Full of Fuzz guitar tones, killer riffs and drums that in the Marcus’s style are combined with Fausto’s guitar rhythm. We're dedicated to make noise and nothing else!
