Downward

incredible band with local supporting act! very cool and intimate venue in an alleyway in the arts district. made my dad go with me and we had a blast.

The overall sound quality at the show was not great (vocals totally buried, but not in that good shoegazey way). However that really wasn't a negative for Downward, they sounded really good. Split Chain and the opening bands stuggled to be heard above the instruments.

been eagerly waiting for them to come to seattle for a year or two and they absolutely knocked my socks off at probably the coolest venue i’ve ever been too, need them to come back asap. Every band on the line up perfectly complimented each other’s music, and i’m excited to deep dive the other band’s music now. This sound will 100% be a massive part of the future of grunge, and can’t wait for more releases. Merch was all super sick and amazing prices for quality materials and designs, Can’t wait to see them again, I can’t recommend them and their music enough!
