Great support on the night from Whanganui's own Anthonie Tonnon. I had worries after the first couple of synth-led songs of Sharon's set based on the Opera House's notoriously boomy acoustics, but the sound filled out when they moved to more guitar-led fayre and the audience moved out of their seats. Great interaction with her band and a compelling performance (the last of her current world tour). We missed you too Sharon, it was fabulous to have you back.

If I went to the show I’m sure I would have loved it.

Terrific concert by one of my favourite artists ! She was in great voice and backed by a strong band. Played a varied selection from her new album and from Remind me tomorrow and did a storming version of Mistakes !!

Sharon was absolutely stellar. Much better than my expectations, she really rocked, I think the whole house fell in love with her. Can’t wait to go again.

A wonderful emotive and mesmerising performance SVE's voice and music is powerful, beautiful and renders the listener spellbound. Her band is fantastic: each member is uniquely talented. 10 out of 10, no question!

It was great! My best friend Sarah brought one of her boys Liam and we had a ball. She had a great voice.
