The Antlers

It was one of the best nights of my life, right when I needed it most. I drove from Ohio to this show, and wow was it worth the trip. Amazing show, even better experience. I spoke with both members of the band, and they were so kind and wonderful. Peter gave me the setlist for the show, him and Michael signed it, and it's a keepsake I'll cherish forever. I talked to Michael about how their music has connected with me, including the song Bear and I how I dealt with that exact situation earlier this month. I could tell he was moved, and honestly it was so healing for me. The Antlers closed their set with Putting the Dog to Sleep, one of my favorite songs of theirs. Immediately after the show while I was still in the parking lot, I called my family back home to talk about the show, and instead was met with the news that my childhood dog died while I was at the concert. I know the song is a metaphor, but it felt like the tribute my dog deserved. Thank you, so much.

Reinventing their older songs in a refreshing way. Amazing performance in showcasing their new material. Very respectful crowd. Let's hope it's not another 8 more years before they visit again.

Good show but didn't play any songs with the horn section

This show was absolutely amazing. These two bands made a perfect lineup. Possibly the best show I've ever seen.

the performances were good. I wish the Phoenix would update their sound equipment so the audience could actually hear the lyrics instead of distortion. we went with friends who didn't know the bands beforehand and they told us they couldn't make it a single word, regardless of whether they were under the speakers, at the back, or on the balcony. security, coat check and door workers were all really great. the antlers and spoon were both awesome. this is not the first and not the last time I'll pay to see them play.

They only played like 5-6 songs and it was just from Familiars. They sounded great live but I'm not sure it was worth $40...

Peter Silberman was ABSOLUTELY amazing with his gentle vocals and I loved the band's haunting instrumentals. My only complaint is that the venue was very late in starting the concert.
