About Brown
There are three groups named Brown:
1)Brown is a hard-rock Polish band.
Band was founded in January 2001, by brothers Lukasz and Pawel (lg, drums). In 2002 Baran takes the function of bassist in band and gives it a blow of fresh sound. Next year brings more changes, after few gigs with Pawel as a singer, Sut from “Abnormals” declares the will to join a group, and this is the moment when things went fast – several prizes on “battle of bands”, tons of concerts , on February 2004 – demo (recorded in studio REJS) with 5 songs "Po lesie", "Umieramy", "Przerwa", "End of time" , "Gogler", after this, more gigs and finally in April – preparations for LP have started. In November 2004 Blondon joins the band and on January 2005 self-titled (and “self-sponsored”) album with 12 songs was released. In December 2006 Blondon was replaced by Daro.

2)Brown is an experimental noise collective based in Portland, OR. Core members Ian Haystacks & J. Brown regularly self-release their various handpackaged CD-R's or channel them through assorted like-minded psych labels around the globe.
