Ungdomskulen

Trio from Bergen, Norway. Often mentioned as a mixture of Fugazi, Frank Zappa, Black Sabbath and Sonic Youth. It's noisy, it's progressive, it's funky. Debut record Cry-Baby on label Ever Records as a satelite label of K7!/VME with great critics in british music press such as UNCUT and KERRANG (see below). The norwegian band have also released a 7" triology.

Singer and guitarist Kristian Jan Erik Stockhaus known for his solo project Stockhaus , which so far have released two records with current Ungdomskulen line up Øyvind Solheim (drums) and Frode Flatland (bass) as backing band.

Done a lot of gigs in Norway, especially the big cities Bergen and Oslo, but also been touring Europe, which included the huge Roskide Festival in Denmark. Are now going on US/UK tour, which also includes Iceland.
