Jihad Darwish makes emotionally charged, hauntingly harmonic arrangements spanning ambient electronics, Indian classical raga and rhythm-led improvisation.

His 2023 album 4 Parakeets is devised around traditional Indian ragas, incorporating jazz modal harmony and Western song structure: colourful, lightweight and breathy in parts, deftly shifting into dreamscapes rich in timbre. His 2026 EP The Light That Found Us continues this journey through intimate songwriting, blending spacious electronic textures with lyrical reflection and harmonic depth. His upcoming EP, Still Points, created in collaboration with Will Plowman, distils these influences into a minimalist, atmospheric collection exploring stillness, vulnerability and quiet emotional resonance.
