ANCESTREE draw from a deep well of spiritual inspiration creating a natural sound to move all people, inspiring one to dance with an open heart and mind. Ancestree released its first full-length album, “FREE YOURSELF” April, 21, 2010. Since, the band has toured intensely throughout California and the Pacific Northwest from Seattle to San Diego, Las Vegas to Los Angeles winning over audiences across Washington, Oregon, Montana, Utah and Arizona. Ancestree recorded and released its second full-length album “SACRED BIRTH” one year later. Both pressings have since sold out and on 12/29/12 the band released “EARTH REBEL”. Sharing the stage with Black Uhuru, The Wailers, Groundation, Don Carlos, B-Side Players, Bambu Station, Yellowman, Alika, and The Itals; Ancestree has performed alongside many regional and international artists. Ancestree have performed at festivals including The 20th annual Austin Reggae Festival, The 17th Annual Monterey Bay Reggae Festival, the City of Trees Reggae Festival and the Whole Earth Festival.
