What a great show. He was entertaining, funny, and sounded great. The venue was intimate allowing for a number of song requests and a chance to meet, conversate, and get an autograph and picture with him. Very personable. It was a wonderful evening and I greatly appreciate his willingness to come to South Bend to play an amazing set. Words really do not do the evening justice. Thank you

The artist - first class. Grant is the best in the biz. The venue - Overall OK but there's some room for improvement: - The folding chairs are uncomfortable after about 20 minutes. - No coffee or tea at the bar (Grant had to sneak his own in from DD up the road). - The smoking area needs to be away from the front door. - The staff working the back-stage entrance needs to be quieter (not talking but banging stuff or whatever the heck they were doing to distract from the artist)... On the plus side: - Sound was great! - Lighting was great too - Staff overall superb

The perfect venue for an intimate show. GLP is the ultimate story teller. His voice is perfect and his guitar playing is unique and sounds like two instruments playing in harmony. His new album is amazing and he takes you in a journey from old to new. You get the feeling that he is a been there done that artist who is at home in a smaller venue just playing his favourite songs. A great night.

This was one of the best concerts I’ve ever been to! I’ve seen Grant-Lee many times, and he’s always great, though this was above and beyond. The venue was outstanding, with great acoustics and intimate seating. Grant played songs across his many years of being a superb performer, and the crowd was rapt throughout—and gave him multiple standing ovations. His inclusion of flying carp/kobi into his act was hilarious! An all around wonderful experience!

Another great, though somewhat short, set from Mr Phillips. One of the great singer-songwriters of our time.

He was an incredible performer and human being.Took the time to talk to every single fan after the show.

Grant Lee Phillips played Del Mar for the first time last night, and hopefully it won't be his last. The venue, Brick 15 is a Coffeehouse/Performance space with exceptional sound, set in an intimate setting. Grant was as personable, funny, and witty as ever. His performance primarily consisted of songs from his latest CD, "The Narrows." He also performed a number of songs from his former band's classic Grant Lee Buffalo disc, "Mighty Joe Moon."
