Smackjoint are currently a seven-piece Skacore band from London, UK. Fusing stylistic elements of Hardcore punk, Ska, Dub reggae, Metal and Hip-hop, the band refers to their sound as “Skrewtone”, the latest manifestation in a long lineage of UK Ska music. Packing hard riffs, heavy basslines, and dirty skanks, Smackjoint continue to reach out nationally having played alongside such bands as Random Hand, Sonic boom six, Claypigeon, Anti-vigilante, New town kings, Beat The Red Light, [Spunge] and more. Having completed their debut long play in September 2013, Smackjoint are deep in the game and set to assault the senses and inspire the minds of audiences everywhere.
