Vowing to never give up on their dreams, new members were found and by 2012, Flannelette exploded back onto the music scene in spectacular fashion, achieving no. 2 on 4zzz's Hot 100 in only their first year together. After headlining Brisbane's 'Hi-Fi' for their first show in February 2012 Flannelette then set out to take over Australia's east coast by gigging almost every weekend. 2013, saw new bass player Jaymes Farr join Matt Campbell, vocals/guitar, Shaun Belcher, guitar, and Gordon Patterson on drums. The new line up became quickly like a family and Flannelette jumped straight into regular gigs and tours again. In July 2013, they took the trek up to Mt Nebo to record with Neil at The White Room. The result of this is found on their EP Valley Nights, which was released in May 2014 to great review. Keep an eye out for Flannelette when they come to take over a town near you soon.
