First time seeing Eric after following his music since the beginning. Amazing show. Played for over 2 hours. Only wish he’d played Homeboy, Sinners Like Me, Through my Ray-Bans, Wrecking Ball, and Talladega among others too. Whiskey Myers was great too, but I would have gladly just had EC play more of his songs instead.

Honestly this guy no joke, a modern day country star but with a rock edge! He got a voice of Rascal Flats and Hank Williams JR but definitely has the old country style and it amazing! Had Jelly Roll and Hailey Whitters for a couple of songs and place was packed! Amazing country show!

My first time seeing Eric Church - everything about his show was fantastic. He owned that stage and the crowd. His band is out of sight across the board. I was totally blown away. Beyond his classic tunes which were superb, he told a great story about an experience from 1977 and than ripped an awesome cover of 'Sailin Shoes' by Little Feat. Stunning. I'm bummed this was the first time I caught his show - he's incredible!

Let me start by saying that the 5* rating of this review is strictly for the Eric Church performance and not the venue. The musicianship of Eric and his band were unbelievable. Post concert, there were a lot of people complaining about the number of hits that he didn't play, but during the show he went out of his way to tell us that there would be three different shows for his three nights in Orange Beach, so it makes sense that we would only get a percentage of those if we only went to one show. Sure, I would have liked to have heard "Like a Wrecking Ball" or "Record Year", but ultimately, I got a great show and I personally prefer to be a little surprised by the setlist rather than just hearing a live version of a Greatest Hits album.
As for the venue. The parking is free and close to the entrance compared to most venues. There is not a bad seat in the house (I was literally in the last row and had a great view). However, the facilities themselves, while clean, are a complete disappointment. The bathrooms are poorly placed and insufficient, especially for the women. The concessions selections are comically limited. The seating throughout most of the venue is aluminum bench seating. Ultimately, it's a venue that should be excellent that is simply not.

My first time seeing Eric and i want to tell you that it was one of the Best concerts i have seen in a very long Time. This Man sings with Heart and Soul. Next time i will pay the extra to set up Front. Never change my Brother. I was not even expecting Ray Wiley Hubberd to be there, Wow what a GREAT suprize. He is one of my Heros. I rate this show a 5+ Stares.

Let me tell you…Eric Church is every bit of the musical genius that I’ve heard people say that he is. To top it off, he’s also a great performer and has a solid concert voice. That is not always a given with artists in this day and age. The two opening acts were also wonderful. I had never heard of The Red Clay Strays and was absolutely BLOWN AWAY. The lead singer has a voice like velvet. Also enjoyed Ashley McBryde; another artist with a wonderful concert voice. Truly a great event.

Your first puppy on Christmas morning. The electricity and smell in the air before a thunderstorm. The most beautiful sunset you've ever seen on the ocean or sunrise over the mountains. The quiet of dawn in the desert. Everything exciting and invigorating wrapped up in the most peace and comfort you've ever felt. That is what an Eric Church show is like and the Gather Again Tour was no different. It's spiritual: that moment when those songs that have been your best friend are sang to you/with you. When the artist singing them, the one who at times, through song, felt like the only person who may understand you or what you're going through, gives you everything he has on stage and you FEEL it not just hear it. THAT is what music is all about and that is what Eric Church does so dang well.
For the number of people in the audience at Gila River Arena, the staff, security, management and volunteers were great. Other attendees around us were amazing. Made friends I plan to keep in touch with that night.
Do yourself a favor and see Eric Church and ECB when they roll through your town. No matter the genre you most enjoy, I promise you will not be disappointed in this show.

We left after he had played for 2.5 hours. Word on the street is he often plays for 3-4 hours. You definitely get good bang for your buck in that sense. I’m not a huge fan of the center stage though. I’d much rather have the stage at one end of the venue and you can choose your seats accordingly and with respect to pricing. Overall a great show.

I was super excited about seeing the stage set and wasn’t disappointed. Unfortunately the sound up in a hockey arena’s upper corner was not so great. I am a little spoiled. Thankfully I was prepared for a late start based on other folks past observations (9pm to midnight). Chief was right on, patriotic, and super-interactive with the sold out full bowl audience. Johanna Cotten’s singing was a special bonus!

Awesome! EFC always puts on an AWESOME show!! FYI! for those that don’t know, EFC doesn’t do encores. He doesn’t believe in making his fans yell and scream for 5-10 minutes to get an encore that’s a waste of time to him. He would rather play as long and up to the very last second, get as many songs in. He does this FOR HIS FANS!! EFC! The BEST!!!

An amazing 3 1/2+ hour show (20 min intermission--well earned). I got my tix to the show through VetTix.org and gladly would've paid the ticket price to see as high a quality production as Mr. Misunderstood put on. I saw Eric Church open for Toby Keith nearly 10 years ago; I liked his music then, but have grown to appreciate his music and lyrics on a whole deeper level. Country + Rock (w/a Southern touch) = ERIC CHURCH #DOUBLEDOWN

He is absolutely amazing live. I drank ice cold beers, sang along to every song, damn near stomped the heels right off my boots, and even shed a couple tears of happiness! My first time seeing him live and it won’t be my last! I’m obsessed now. Eric is a real musician that should not be missed! ❤️

Eric Church has such a smooth, silky voice. He definitely did not disappoint last night! Equipped with his signature aviators; Church played a slew of his best songs, new and old! His set list was choreographed to lights, perfectly fitting the tone of each tune! The concert was a reschedule of the 9/7/17 scheduled concert that was postponed due to Hurricane Harvey. The temperature was perfect and breezy last night for sitting on the Austin360 Amphitheater H-E-B Lawn! Austin360 is on of my favorite venues! I would love to see Eric Church again, as I have heard that none of his shows are the same!! -ladymicaela

Amazing! Eric Church delivers it to his fans, he has a way of balancing just the right amount of connecting with the crowd yet playing the music we're all there to hear! I love how he tries to come up with a song for each city on the tour that connects with the area also. Makes it feel like we're not just another dot on the map, he actually thinks about each town he's at. All this and he's giving the fans his all. No opening act, it's all him for a good three and a half hours! He definitely gives his fans their money's worth and MORE!

I was unsure what to expect with the changes made due to snow... but Eric went above all expectations! This was my 6th time seeing him and this was one of the best shows I have seen him do! Partially stripped down and acoustic. Not many artists could pull off what he did. All I can say is wow! It was a treat!!

Such an awesome concert! Eric was on stage from 8:30 until after midnight with just a short break. He was very entertaining and interacted with the crowd. Sang all his great songs and did an excellent job singing Seminole Wind!! Will definitely go to the concert when he comes back to Tampa again!!!

Eric Church is an awesome performer!!! The chairs in this arena are very small and uncomfortable an incident happen where some people got hurt and security responded quickly which was nice. But they didn't stick around long enough for the argument that ensued afterwards. However the people removed themselves and the show was great again.

This show was amazing! However we were probably 75 people back in line to get inside and we went immediately to the merchandise counters and they were already out of posters. The stadium holds close to 20k and they printed 50 posters. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! I was very dissapointed in this. We don't buy shirts but we do buy posters and it was a very unreasonable amount of availabilty in my opinion.

Each concert of his is better than the last!! What he does and how he performs for his true fans is unbelievable!! Some people don't quite get him, expect nothing but the songs on the radio. He gives much more than that when your a true fan of his!! So thankful for The Country Fest, Ohio for bringing him!!!
