New Monsoon

Wow, what a great show! Two full sets and lots of danceable grooves. Got there a few minutes late due to walking from my cabin and missed one of my favorite tunes Greenhouse, but every tune was a polished free flowing artistic musical exploration hand crafted by several brilliant musicians. Even had a cool little chat with the lead guitarist wandering around Nevada City in between sets. Dude was super personable and down to earth. Totally didn't expect that and completely forgot to ask for a picture but it was interesting that he was actually from the same city I was raised in back east in Pittsburgh. I enjoyed the nice energy of the Crazy Horse venue and looking forward to coming back again sometime in the near future.
