Justin Phillips

Justin Phillips was born and raised in Valdosta, Ga. As a kid, Justin was exposed to various types of music. He got his love for Country/Rock from his dad and Pop/HipHop from his mom. Music ran in the family and Justin was not shy to accept it with open arms. He began writing poems at age 13 then got the interest to learn guitar and sing. He then turned those poems into songs and started making his own music. Justin was in several bands from Country to Rock, playing originals and cover songs. He has tried out for numerous talent competitions including American Idol, The Voice, The X-Factor and Country Showdown. In 2013 Justin released his first full length album titled “Kickin’ Up Dust” on all major music platforms. To gain exposure he scheduled tv and radio interviews around the south to promote his new music in which was solo written by him. The following year Justin made the bold move to Nashville, TN to pursue music. He worked a retail job to pay the bills and when he wasn’t working you could find him playing writers rounds, co-writing, or recording demos. Since then Justin has released 2 EP’s, and 5 singles with plenty more new music to come.
