About London Calling
London Calling was formed in December of 2002 in Evansville, Indiana. London Calling (or "L/C") consists of Jamie Rowe on Vocals and Guitar, Jon Gilbert on Guitar and Piano, Matthew Martin on Bass and Drummer Derek D. Sorrells. London Calling's sound is described as power/hard/explosive pop with some hook laden choruses. They are mainly influenced by Fountains of Wayne, American Hi-Fi, Sugarcult, Lit, Cheap Trick, and The Sweet.
After signing with Atenzia Records in 2004, London Calling re-released their 2003 album "New Sensation" with 5 additional songs and packaged as "You're So Lucky"
