TJ Fox

My name is TJ Fox and I am a 26 year old singer/songwriter from Queens, NY. I have always had a love for music, just never thought I would be the one writing and performing it. I started playing guitar when I was about 13 years old, and only started singing because I was bored with playing and not hearing words. Fast forward a few years until I was about 18, working as a bus boy in a restaurant in Queens. Despite having stage fright beyond belief, I decided to play a couple songs live with the solo act they had that night, and it went over so well that this venue ended up booking me for my own gig! Today, since that one gig that started it all, I play live music for a living at various bars, restaurants, parties, clubs, you name it, about 3-5 nights a week, anywhere from Manhattan out to Montauk. Some of the better known venues that I have played are Rockwood Music Hall, The Bowery Electric, Revolution Bar and Music Hall, and Citi Field. In addition to my presence in the live music world, I also have spent many hours writing and recording with a producer in Brooklyn. He has helped me progress and develop my style for writing through the last few years, which has landed me a total of three EP albums, which could all be found on all online music stores and streaming services. With the experience and knowledge I have learned through the past years I would like to continue writing and exploring what else the music world has to offer me, with hopes of extending my music to more and more fans.
